Species - Saiyan
Cell, one of the original guardians of the Moon. He was born on the Earth, but was brought to the moon to become a guardian. Cell has had mixed messages during his childhood so he is constantly mean and cold to others. The queen sent him to earth where he was brought up in a foster home and beaten nearly every day. He then got fed up with it and ran away to the woods where he lived since he was 8 years old. That is when Dr. Gero came into the picture. He found Cell, and started to remodel him into a fighting machine. But one day during Dr. Gero's research on him, (Cell was hooked up to the computer) a really strong virus attacked him turning him into the lizard you see on TV ( the Dragon Ball Z series).
After Gohan killed him, he tried to fight the virus inside him. He was resurrected thanks to the sympathy of the Grand Kai. He then tried to find refuge in the Sonic Adventure BBS (Bulletin Boards) But he didn't fight much refuge... Fight after fight... day after day... the virus got stronger after every fight he fought... until Shadowgirl helped him come over his virus. He then no longer looked like a lizard... He looked more like a Saiyan! ( He was actually a saiyan! ) Eventually, Cell got his hands on an old crystal a friend gave to him, and he fused with it. He's still learning how to use it!
So then Cell soon learned how to become a super saiyan and be able to fight everything that comes his way!
Powers:
Super Saiyan Cell - This is Cell when he transforms. His hair turns gold and his eyes turn green. His power is almost tripled when he is like this. He can also go 2 levels higher... (He was first able to go to this level in the fight against Gerald) when he's at level two he looks pretty much the same except his power level is almost quadrupled from his 1st level. When he goes to the third level however, his hair gets longer (He was first able to go to this level when he fought against his clone *note the battle against his clone was lost due to a hacker that deleted the posts*). When he is at this level, His power level is pretty well near 100,000! He can also go to his fourth and fifth forms! At his fifth form, his power level is off the charts! But, an estimate would be, at least 1,000,000,000! That's a billion! Pretty good eh? And he might even have more levels to come 2!
Cell's New Form - This is a form new to Cell. So far, he can only reach this form when he is totally enraged. His hair is in it's normal brown color, but it grows a small bit longer just over his shoulder. His eyes get darker, and he grows a Saiyan's Tail (If he didn't already have 1). This form is his strongest by far, because his energy is in sync with his strength. In his previous forms, he relied mostly on strength without any energy backing them up. That is why there is no way to determine his power level or what he can do. He doesn't even know what he can do because he has only transformed to this form once. But you can bet he'll do it again.
Known attacks:
Cell had few attacks before he was sent to earth. Almost all of his attacks, were learned at his time on earth, interacting with people. He has forgotten almost all of his former abilities and now barely cares. He might even be stronger now than he was then...
Kamehameha - This is a huge mega blast that can annihilate almost anything. He only learned this technique by watching it being used against him so he hasn’t mastered it. But when he does, it will be far
different than it is now.
Final Flash - It's another mega blast but it's not quite as powerful as the Kamehameha but easier to control. As far as Cell is concerned, this is one of his weakest techniques and he barely uses it. He has only used it once or twice when he is almost out of energy and needs a last resort. This technique has very little potential and can barely be improved upon. There will almost definately be a time when he discards
this technique entirely.
Spirit Shield - This is the shield he used to fight Perfect Chaos when it fused with the Final Hazard (It allowed him to breathe in space for half an hour). This shouldn’t really count as a technique, but it’s here just because it uses up a lot of energy. Making shields that allow him to breathe in outer space is very hard for Cell, and he can only use this when he is at least at Super Saiyan level 2.
Spirit Bomb - This attack was use in the fight against his clone. It uses the energy from all the planets around him. It seems to be the only difference between Cell and Cell v.2 and his only trump card. Only the pure of heart can use this attack, and Cell may not seem like it, but he has a very pure heart and will try to help his friends as soon as he can. The only problem with this technique is that it is too slow. It takes too much time to gather all of the energy. And Cell will probably need all the time he can get if he wants to win in a fight against an enemy.
Soul Strike - He uses this attack with a sword that he carries with him. It is a hard slash with his sword, but has a shockwave after every slash. If he wants to take it to the extreme, he will usually slash a few times, and then use his sword as a gun to focus his energy into a shot. Almost like an energy shot gun. But he can only use this technique when he is at his lowest stage. Otherwise, his sword would shatter, and he would never be able to replace it.
Energy Shield - This shield is sort of like an updated version of the spirit shield. With this, he can have a barrier that protects against energy attacks, and allows him to breathe in space as long as his energy holds up! But, this takes up even more energy than the spirit shield. Thus, ENERGY Shield. He can only use this technique when he is at Super Saiyan level 4 or higher.
Massengo - This is another fairly weak energy attack that's easier to control, but this one has an extra added ability. He can keep it up nonstop for a long while! It doesn't use up as much of his energy. Another one of his weaker techniques, it has very little potential. He saw someone else use it and thought it looked cool. But this attack will very rarely hurt the enemy, and he feels why use up his much needed energy?
And there are more abilities he might have... Cell hasn't even begun to reach his full potential. He has proved this on many occasions. No matter how strong Cell thinks he is, he has the ability to become stronger. He only has to look inside himself for the answers.
