Created in a lab underneath Angel Island. He was the first in a series of experiments to create the Ultimate Life Form. Not related to Shadow in any way, but rather made by a rival scientist of Gerald Robotnik's, Curtis Dobbin. There are no known records of Hybrid's birth, but he was made with the DNA of several of the Sonic characters, including Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Espio, Big, and even Shadow himself. He has sometimes been referred to as the Cell of the Sonic Universe. He's only 2 years old, but he was created as an adult.
