Jack was discovered as astowaway in the cargo hold after we were a few days out to sea. He proved his usefulness to the Captain as a cabin boy, heeding Daggaz's beck and call. Known as Grimm or Jack on the ship, on account of his last name, Grimmstone. Jack is Captain Daggaz's biggest fan, listening avidly to all the old stories he tells and wisdom he imparts, hoping one day to have his own ship. The lad comes from a merchant family who wanted him to carry on the family name like his brothers, but Jack was disgusted by the thought of marriage and always wanted to be a pirate. And so he sailed away and became the cabin boy of the Stygian Sun.
