The small ship landed in the huge hanger bay of the Royal Palace, of the Royal Family of Corellia.
Great. They are not the people, who I wanted to see so soon. Nessie looked out of the viewport and saw her parents standing there in the hanger bay, waiting for them to depart off the ship.
I take it, that they are someone you know? Obi-Wan looked at the couple, before turning around and looked at Nessie.
Um . . . yes, I know them. They are my parents. Nessie turned and walked out of the cockpit, went into the lounge and saw Alex standing in the middle of the room.
I take it, that they are waiting for us to depart from the ship? Alex smiled, as he saw the look on Nessies face.
Yeah, they are. You and I know that they are going to make me stay here at the Palace. Of course, they are going to have huge parties and invite all the single men and try to hook me up. Nessie looked at her brother and gave him a grimace look, of not wanting to be a piece of meat being thrown to the lions.
I know what you mean. Thank goodness, I have my own place. I will be leaving here on Monday. Alex gave his baby sister an understanding smile, before pulling her into his arms and giving her a brotherly hug. <
Thanks, bro. Well, it is time to have fun. Nessie pulled away from her brother, as the Jedi Masters and Anakin came into the lounge area.
Ok. Are you ready to go? Lucas looked at Nessie and saw some nervousness come across her face.
Obi-Wan went over to the hatch door, hit the panel next to the door and the door slid open. The two Jedi Masters and Anakin walked down the ramp first, then both Alex and Nessie followed behind.
Your Highnesses, it is nice to meet you. Obi-Wan stepped up to the waiting couple and bowed to them.
Master Jedi, it is my pleasure. Alex and Nessie, we are so glad to know that you are safe. Nessie father came forward and shook both Obi-Wan and Lucass hands and bowing to Anakin. Then, coming up to the Senator and Padawan, as they stepped off the ramp.
Father, it is good back to Corellia. If it was not for Nessie and the Jedi here, I would have been killed, along with the other Senators that were at the Conference. Alex bowed to his father, before turning to Nessie and putting his arm around her shoulder, giving her support and even thanks for saving his life.
I see. Well, that is wonderful work, young one. Nessies father turned to his daughter and gave her a fatherly smile.
Thank you. Before you and Mom start planning a party, for what I just did, please do not. I dont want anything. All I want to do, is spend a very quiet weekend, with you guys, as a family. Nessie looked straight at her parents mostly her mother.
As you wish, sweetie. I am just glad to have you both safe and sound and even home, for a little while. Nessies mother just smiled at her daughter, before coming up to her children and giving them a warm and motherly hug.
Please ,come with us and we will show you to your rooms. Dinner will be ready in about ten minutes. Nessies father motioned for the others to follow him, to the entrance of the Palace, and to the rooms that they will be staying at, while they were on Corellia.
While heading to the guest quarters, the king was giving them a tour of the Palace. In the hallway of the guest wing, they all stopped at the door.
Ok, here is one of the rooms; which will be yours, Master Lucas. Then, if you two follow me, I will show you to your rooms. the king opened the door and showed Lucas his room, then he began heading down to the next two rooms.
Thank you, Your Highness. Lucas bowed and went into his room, closing the door behind him.
Ok. This is your room, Master Obi-Wan and yours is across the hallway, Padawan Skywalker. the king stopped again and opened the door to Obi-Wans room, before turning away and walking across the hallway, to the other room, He opened the door that will be Anakins room.
Once everyone was shown to their rooms, they all got cleaned up and headed down to a small room that was used for the family dining room.
So, Master Lucas, are you and Nessie leaving with Master Obi-Wan and Padawan Anakin, when they leave on Monday? the king asked, as he took a sip of his drink.
We are going to be staying here, at the Temple here. Lucas looked at Nessie and saw sadness come across her face, then looking at Anakin and saw the same look on his face too.
I see. Well, I must bid you all good night. I hope that you guys sleep well. the king nodded at the Jedi Master and his daughter, before turning his attention back to the rest of his guests and bidding them all a good night, before standing up and leaving the room.
Wel,l I too must leave you all. I do hope that you sleep well. Also, I will see you bright and early in the morning, at breakfast, which will be served at eight. the Queen also stood up and left the room too.
Well, it is getting late We have a long day, so we better all turn in and get some sleep. Lucas looked at the others at the table, before standing up from the table and left the room.
Everybody else got up from the table and headed off to their rooms They got ready for bed, and then. they all climbed into their beds and drifted off to sleep. expect for two people. Nessie had just pulled the covers over her, when there was a knock on her door.
Come in, Anakin. Nessie called out to the person, who was standing at the other side of the door.
Hey, are you ok? Anakin came into the room.
No, I am not ok. I get a feeling that we will never see each other again. Nessie sat up and looked up at Anakin, who was standing in the doorway of the room.
I know what you mean, because I too feel the same way. I just wish that I could stay here with you and Lucas, but you know how Obi-Wan is like. Anakin came over to the bed and just looked down at the person, who has captured his heart.
I wish you two would stay here too. Um, since tonight could be the last night we can be together . . . Could you please make love to me? Nessie pulled the covers back, got up out of bed and stood right in front of Anakin.
I too wish we would stay. As you wish, milady. I want to make love to you all night long, but we must be quiet.We dont want your parents to hear us. Anakin looked down, and gave Nessie a smile.
They will not hear us. Their quarters are way on the other side of the Palace and this whole side of the Palace belongs to me. Nessie untied the top of her nightgown and it fell down to the floor.
Anakin just gave her a smile, before pulling her into his arms and began kissing her. Once they were fully undressed, Anakin picked Nessie up and put her back into the bed. Then, he joined her and once in the bed, Anakin made slow and passionate love to Nessie for the next two hours, before they drifted off to sleep in each others arms. It was in the middle of the night, that Anakin got up and went back to his quarters and falling back to sleep.
