The parents crack down

Ben’s mom---

Mrs. Ice: Ben, you mean to tell me you had GIRLS living here after the earthquake?

Ben: Mom, we all lived here during the summer.

Mrs. Ice: Yes, under parental supervision. No more girls!

Ben: Mom you were never here you were always out with your many dates.

Mrs. Ice: you are off the hook if you tell me what was done here.

Ben: nothing was…done.

Mrs. Ice: I hate to say this but an ex-date of mine’s daughter says she pregnant my you’re friend Skeeter.

Ben: [wowed] It didn’t happen here.

Skeeter’s dad---

Mr. B: I heard you got a girl pregnant.

Skeeter: huh? What are you talking about? I don’t know about this. Plus I’m 19, and I have my own rights.

Mr. B: The girl Is named Shanika I work with her father….

Skeeter: My word, you talk to me at most 3 times a year and now you tell me who I’m sleeping with, goodbye!

Bree’s parents---

Mrs. Mayfield: Bree, honey come here.

Bree: What?

Mrs. M: We’ve been thinking and from now on you can’t go out with Abs alone.

Bree: what? So you don’t trust me? I hate you…

Mrs. M; It’s not that, There are just to many temptations.

Bree: that means you don’t You are an uptight B-

Mrs. M: No more, I’ve heard something about Abs and plus he’s much older than you. I’d also feel better if you didn’t live with Kat no more. I don’t know her father well enough, I don’t know what he let’s you guys do or stuff.

Bree: My word! One, Kat’s dad lives in France. [smiles] I’m living with Abs and Dan.

Mrs. M: Your living with Abs???!!!

Bree: He’s not home, he’s on tour.

Mrs. M: And when he is back you’ll have temptations. I want you out of there tomorrow, our house will be ready any day.

Bree: I really hate you. I’m leaving and I’M NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!

Kat’s dad----

Mr. Hodzenberry: I’ve been hearing you’ve been staying at Bree’s a lot.

Kat: Marc told you?

Mr. H: You’ve been staying all night?

Kat: Uh…yeah… so what? I always stay at Bree’s.

Mr. H: That’s not it, she lives with Dan and Abs?

Kat: so what?

Mr. H: I made the mistake of letting Dan live here before I’ve wised up.

Kat: That’s not fair!

Mr. H: Life’s not always fair, Now I’m tempted to bring you back to France. No more late nights with Bree or male visitors. Or else your credit card is gone!

Kat: [thinks] yes sir….

Jerry’s parents---

Mrs. C: Jerry, honey….I heard about your younger girlfriend.

Jerry: Yep, so?

Mrs. C: She’s younger don’t pressure her or anything.
