"Come on, you coward!" Dan’s teammate exclaimed as the baseball wizzed by his head. The guy kept yelling in French until Dan could take no more.
"Would you shut up! I’m not afraid, this just isn’t my game," he exclaimed and ran.
Ran.
Like he always did when he was scared or when things got tough. No wonder Kat doesn’t love me, he thought. He was tough on the outside but cowardly inside. Kat needed someone strong. Boy could he relate with that male bear on the second Dr. DoLittle movie.
"I’ve gotta change," he said to himself. He pulled out his walk man and listened to the football scores."
Football, he though, how can I call myself a real man! He threw down his walk man and stomped on it. He ran to a nearby tree and began to punch it.
His limo pulled up as it began to rain, "Are you okay, Mr. Velveeta?"
Dan nodded as he quickly dried the tears and headed home.
