FUN FACTS ABOUT CHILD'S PLAY
Chucky's name Charles Lee Ray, is made from three famous serial killers: Charles Manson, Lee Harvey Oswald and James Earl Ray.Charles becomes Chucky, and Don says he chose it because of the sharp phonetic sounds - like a knife slashing.
Chucky was first based on a Cabbage Patch Doll - when Mancini wrote the script the CPD craze was huge and this was his way of getting back at the marketing ploys!!Bwahahaha!
Chucky was really the first horrormovie villain to have a real personality and intelligent, who dictated the action around him, and where the events of the movie revolved around him and his personality as opposed to the victims.
At Eddie Caputo's place, Andy places Chucky on a rocking chair that is very clearly embedded in the snow, and not able to move. Later, after Chucky has jumped off the chair, it is not only on top of the snow, but rocking very easily back and forth! (Child's Play)
The Knife wound Chucky gives Mike moves three times - first it's in the back of his leg, then it's the front of his leg, finally it moves to his thigh. (Child's Play)
In the scene where Andy is tied to the bed, the closeup shots of his feet show he is wearing slippers. But the pull out shots show him wearing socks!! (Child's Play 2)
When they're in the Good Guy Factory, Kyle moves a bunch of the dolls off the conveyor belt to try and escape. Their is no doll in front of her at all, but when she narrowly misses getting eyes punched in her shoulder, the camera shows a closeup of those same eyes being placed ina Good Guy's head. The camera cuts to Kyle on the belt and sure enough - that doll has mysteriously dissapeared!! (Child's Play2)
The chant is different every time Chucky says it. Maybe that's why the damn thing won't work!!

Ok actually, that's not all the words, I haven't figured them out yet. Also, it's been difficult to translate the best i can make out is Damballa is a Draper of Wood and a But Pear of Death (???)  Damballa was the snake loa (god) and he often resided in trees (reference to draper of wood)
In Chucky 2, the photo of Andy and his mum is in black and white.In 3, it is in color.
In the first movie, the Good Guy animated section is presented as a cartoon episode, in the third, it has become a television commercial.
In the first film the company that makes the Good Guys is called Play Partners - it changes to Pals in the second.
Chucky's "secret" changes - in the first film it is the first person he reveals he is alive to. In the second and third, it is the first person he reveals his full name to!
Andy's age changes from the first and second - in number one he is six. In number two, he is eight.
On Chucky's back he has a battery compartment with two Iittle buttons next to where you put the Batteries. In part 1 the buttons were red & blue, but in part 2 they were blue & yellow.
In part 3, the part where Andy just got in his room in the Military Camp. Well his roommate(Whitehearst) was locked in the closet and gaged with a bandana. When Andy opened the door Whitehearst fell out and the bandana fell on the floor, but when he got up the bandana was magically around his neck.
In the end of Child's Play 3 Chucky got a piece of his face cut off. But When Tiffany recovered his Body in Bride of Chucky his face was whole, but a little smashed in. How did the left side of his face getthere?!?!?!
In Child's Play 2 there were actually two endings. In the regular version He just blew up, but in the other version he was getting rebuilt right after he blew up. This ending is usually shown in the TV versions. But if Chucky were to have been rebuilt right after he died, wouldn't he have gone after Andy right after he was done getting built?!?!?!
In the "Bride of Chucky", When Tiffany gets transformed into the doll and she's trying to find a way to get back to normal by looking in the 'Voodoo for dummies' book she's looking through it and chucky says something to her and she says 'shut up, i can do it myself' and he says 'SURE go ahead..Chapter 6 page 217' At the top of the page it says 'Chapter 11'! NOT chapter 6.

NEWS FLASH FOR CHUCKY FANS!

"Seed of Chucky" the fifth in the Child's Play story has been cancelled! Universal branded poor old Mancinni as a "bastard step-son"!!! Mancinni has now decided to make Freddy VS Chucky and has asked all Chucky and Child's Play fans to email Universal studios in protest.
