Anita Mui (Mui Yim Fong) was born on October 10, 1963 in Hong Kong, China (last I heard, she currently resides there). She is the baby of a family with two older brothers and an older sister whom is now deceased (from what I read).

Anita got into "show biz" at age 5 and turned professonal at age 7. She is both a talented actress and singer and has received many awards.

I didn't even know that she was a singer until I stumbled upon a site about her.

The first movie I saw with her was Rumble in the Bronx with Jackie Chan, but I didn't even know her then, and I can't quite remember who she was in the film. I first time I noticed her was in The Enforcer with Jet Li. I thought she was cool. Then, I saw her again in Legend of the Drunken Master with Jackie Chan, and I thought she was really funny in it. Later on, I realized that she was in the Heroic Trio and Heroic Trio 2/Executioners with Michelle Yeoh (I had seen those movies a while back before I realized she was in them).
