This was taken from the Guide to Fear which revealed the true location of the Hospital because if you watched this episode it states:
"Due to the sensitive nature of this facility, its location cannot be revealed, and its name has been changed."
St.
Agnes Hospital is in reality Fairfield State Hospital also known as
"Fairfield Hills" located in Monroe, CT. If my disclosure is simply
not enough for you, then here is proof.
Take a look at this map which was placed on the official MTV website. It is a
map they created to illustrate the different sections of the hospital where the
fear cast would be investigating. Compare the map of St. Agnes Hospital vs that
of Fairfield Hills, they are surprisingly similar.

To top this all off...Fairfield Hills was opened in 1932. MTV claimed that "St. Agnes" was opened in the 1930's. Fairfield Hills was officially closed in 1972. MTV said the same about "St. Agnes". Fairfield Hills in known to have underground tunnels running throughout the facility. Just as "St. Agnes" does. Fairfield Hills has a small private portion which is still active, this is most likely the reason that the name of the hospital was changed and the reason the cast members were never allowed to go above ground when traveling to their different dare locations.
