Charley no longer believes in vampires, at least that's what he's been telling himself.
A beautiful woman named Regine shows up at his dorm-room door and when he invites her in...things get bad.
Charley is seduced and Regine begins to drink his blood...vampires are real!

Except Peter refuses to believe him...and even his girlfriend, Alex thinks he's losing his mind.
Each time Regine drinks more of Charley's blood...he sinks deeper and deeper into her dark world.
Charley also loses his friend Richie to regine's bloodthirst.

When Regine threatens Peter, he believes Charley finally...but Peter runs like a coward.
Charley is told by Regine that she will make him immortal and will torture him forever, for destroying her brother... Jerry Dandridge!
Alex is attacked by Charley's psychiatrist, Dr. Harrison...who is now a vampire.
Alex escapes and returns to ask Peter's help in saving Charley...while Charley finds that Richie has returned as one of the undead.

Peter Vincent and Charley go to battle!

Peter returns after being reminded of who he is and Alex joins him in preparing for battle with the undead.
They rescue Charley and go to war with the vampire horde under Regine's control.
