Something... like that, yes. I suppose not everyone will remember that at the time 'Ask' fics were extremely popular. Which, as a brief recap, was where someone (everyone) would pretend they were all the Sonic characters, and people would ask them questions in reviews, with "hilarious" results. Except not. 'Stop The Madness' and its sister fics were the equivalent of protesting in the streets.
Sean Catlett:

Turns out they were against the rules to begin with, so Rex and Steve spent about an hour reporting every one they could find. Gone, and leaving in their wake a wave of angry, temp-banned 12 year olds.
Sean Catlett:
Ah, the memories.
David Macintyre:
Totally.
Sean Catlett:
You could even say that our little ask-fic air strike was a precursor to our joint project we would eventually do, but more on that later!
David Macintyre:
