YOU NEED: Gold sequinned material.....(Material Stall).....needle and thread.....

1. Make a boob tube from the gold material.(£3)- it's that easy. Try and get the elasticated material, or you'll have to start thinking about zips and things.

2. Alternatively, if you can see on that's in a sale (sequinned boob tubes were big last summer), grab that, as I did.

This is idea for people that want to cover themselves up a bit.

YOU NEED: The swim wear section of a high street shop. (Mine was from a www.topshop.co.uk outlet)

This can solve two problems at once - get yourself a golden bikini and that way you have the matching top and bottoms.

I'm quite self-concious about my body, and so chose a gel filled bra to give me a bit more comfort. These are good, but whatever you do, DON'T try and embroider the R into it...

YOU NEED: A handy market place in Birmingham OR the swimwear section of a high street store.

As said in the last section, by buying a gold bikini set, the bottom half of this cossie is easy. However, you can buy pants seperately from tops, making it cheaper. (Pictured)

I found my Rocky shorts from a Birmingham market place. They were on one of those tacky stalls that sells Jordan style clubbing outfits. These I think were being marketted along the lines of Kylie pants. And for a fiver!

- GOLD BOOTS

YOU NEED: Either a pair of comfy boots that you're happy ruining AND a can of golden car paint ..... or a pair of gold sandals

For the girly Rocky, you could pair a shoulder length blonde wig with some gold kitten heels, as pictured.

However, my recent incarnation of Rocky footwear has been this - I found some navy 8 hole DMs in a charity chop in my size for a fiver (Rocky wears boxer boots which retail at around £60, 16 hole or nearest DMs are the best bet), then sprayed them with the gold paint after removing the laces and masking taping the insides and soles. Be warned - this WILL crack over time, just re apply a couple of days before wearing again.

NOTE: Rocky wears little makeup. You may wish to accentuate the chest with some bronzing powder. However, he does wear eye liner.
