and that means high-risk
venture investment

Each film project
becomes its own corporation
when funded,
and
Lang Syne Films, Inc.
assumes
no direct or indirect liablity
other than
any investment

places with the project.
Here are the funding conditions,
and if you are a bonafide backer,
you will be put in touch
with our executive producers,
lawyers, and agents.
All financing
is LPA equity only -
and from the first penny.
We do not finance through loans
or
insurance schemes.
We do not accept
secondary financing conditions
or
financing
that requires
posting
primary funds,
paying consulting fees
or
making any capital outlay.
We do pay,
out of found funds,
industry standard commissions.
We do not pledge
company or personal assets
against funds.
The script is the only asset
and the project strength
rests entirely
upon the merits
of the script.
Upon completion,
the finished film
becomes the primary asset.
We do not
solicit
talent attachments
before funding
is in place.
We do
start to solicit
talent interest
when funding is offered
and
with funding
we can buy
any talent we want.
In some cases,
talent is aware
an offer
is pending.
Funds
are kept
in escrow
until the actual start
of work.
We also
invest
in select other projects
through
our industry network.

on any theatrical project is
$25,000.
Minimum buy-in
on any film project is
$250,000.
