Jamie Lee Curtis was born to legendary parents Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis. She got her big break at acting in 1978 when she won the role of Laurie Strode in Halloween .After that she became very famous for roles in movies like Prom Night, Terror Train, Halloween II, Trading Places, Perfect and A Fish Called Wanda. She soon starred in one of the biggest action films ever, True Lies in which she won a Golden Globe for her performance as Helen Tasker.She has returned to the Halloween series for the past two sequels in 1998 with Halloween: H2O and with Halloween: Resurrection in 2002.She is also set to star in the sequel to True Lies in 2003 along-side Arnold Schwarzenegger. |
Pamela Jane Hardon was born on July 17, 1955, in Frankfurt, Germany. Her father came from Holland and her mother from New Jersey. P.J. Soles got the show biz bug, and after graduating from Briar Cliff College, P.J. got herself an agent and started doing commercials and modeling. P.J. then made the move to Los Angeles to work in TV and movies. About this time she married J. Stephen Soles and changed her name to the now-familiar P. J. Soles. After some modest success, her big break came when John Travolta recommended that P.J. get a starring role in Carrie. P.J. would then star in other youth-oriented movies like Blood Bath, Halloween, Rock 'n' Roll High School and in 1980 Private Benjamin as Private Wanda Winter along-side Goldie Hawn.Since the early 80's P.J can be seen it many TV and teen movies such as Sweet Dreams, Alienator, Uncle Sam and Jawbreaker in 1999 with Scream's Rose McGowan. |
