DIRECTIONS: From downtown Los Angeles, take the 101 Freeway West. Exit at Chesebro Rd. and turn right. Turn right at Cheseboro and follow the signs to the Cheeseboro Canyon National Recreation Area. China Flats is in the Northwest section of the park at the top of the mountain.
