Ratings for Fanfic and Pastiches
(Based on both US and UK ratings)

These are ratings for stories featured in The Baker Street Study,
Sara Bellum's Lab, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
Ratings for the United Kingdom are in parentheses. The two final ratings
shown are for reference; only material up to PG-13 (12-15) will be allowed in
any of these sites. Anyone who would like to send materials
to the above sites is requested to e-mail me..
If possible, please check these ratings before submitting any items.

G (Uc and U)
The material is suitable for all ages, especially for children.

PG (PG)
Suitable for older children, teens and adults; but may contain moderate violence that
would be frightening for very young children. May also contain mild use of language.

PG-13 (12-15)
The material has moments of strong violence which are not gory but would frighten children.
May contain language that is not obscene yet too strong for a PG rating. May contain implied
sexual situations that are neither graphic nor offensive, yet unsuitable for younger readers.

R (18)
The material is unsuitable for children and younger teenagers. Contains stronger mature themes,
graphic sexual situations, gory violence, explicit profanity/crudity and occult themes. It is strongly
requested by the Web Mistress that this type of material not be sent into the above sites.

NC-17 (18+)
Don’t even think about it.
