Taylor and Draco came home a few days later with Sam.
Taylor loved being a mother. She gladly got up in the middle of the night to feed and change Draco. She talked to him and played with him, and never got annoyed or aggravated when he cried.
She spent her afternoons planning the wedding with her mother and sister and trying to work of her 'baby pounds' by taking Draco for walks in the park.
"I can't believe you are getting married in aweek and you still haven't gotten a dress!" Brooklynn exclaimed as she and Taylor walked through the mall.
Sam was working, and Scott had volunteered to watch Draco so the the girls could shop in peace.
"I'll find a dress, Brook...settle down. You're beginning to sound like my mother, you know that," Taylor replied laughing.
"This is the biggest day of your life and you haven't even thought about what you want..."
"I've been a little busy, ya know. Draco's a handful."
"Well...let's get movin."
The girls shopped all day and finally found a dress at the last store they went into.
It was a knee length strapless white dress. The waist was raised and had cubic zirconia's embroidered into it.
"I can't believe they're actually going to get married..." Scott sighed.
He and Brooklynn had just left the rehearsal dinner and were now driving back to Brooks for the night, as her mom was out of town.
"They love each other--that's what people do when they're in love. They get married," Brook replied simply.
"Sam's not ready. I've known the kid for years, and I guarantee he's only marrying her because a) the baby, and b)he doesn't want her to leave him again."
"You don't think he loves her?"
"I know he loves her. But I don't think he's ready to pledge himself to her and only her until death do them part."
"Such a pessimist..." she shook her head.
"Since when do you think he's good for her?" Scott replied defiantly. "If memory serves me right, you were against this union more than anyone."
"She's happy. She's always wanted this. And I promised her I'd give her my full support. If she thinks she can domesticize him, then let her try. I refuse to be the one to put bad karma on their marriage."
"Do I look okay?" Taylor asked nervously for the billionth time.
"You look beautiful," Bella assured her sister with a smile.
"Here's your veil...let's get it on. It's almost time," Brooklynn checked the clock. "There. Now you good," she continued with a smile as she pinned the veil to her friend's hair.
Taylor grabbed her bouquet of light blue roses (the bridesmaids were carrying white), and smiled at the other girls. "Let's do it."
Mr. Kelso walked his daughter down the aisle, between white chairs that had been set up at the small conservatory.
Sam stood by the justice, in awe of how beautiful Taylor looked. The dress hugged every right curve. Her face was glowing. Her smile was enchanting. She was perfect.
He then looked over at Bella, holding his son. He couldn't remember a time when he'd felt more complete.
Sam had a hard time concentration on what the justice was saying. He kept getting lost in thoughts of her.
"Mr. Mullholand, it is time fore the exchange of vows and rings."
Sam snapped back into reality and smiled. "Taylor Kelso...I have loved you for four years, and today I am giving myself to you for the rest of eternity. You helped me through my darkest time, and made some of my happiest memories. This ring is a token of my undying love, and with it I vow to be yours till death do us part," he slipped the band on her shaking finger.
"Sam Mullholand...we've been through the best of times and the worst of times, and always come out on top together. I love everything about you. This ring is a token of my undying love, and with it I vow to be yours until death do us part."
"Ladies and gentleent, I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Mullholand," the justice smiled, then looked to Sam. "You may kiss your bride."
Sam lifted Taylor's veil and pulled her close. He locked his lips with hers in a long, sweet kiss.
Everyone cheered.
They ended their kiss with a smile, then joined hands and walked up the aisle.
Taylor stopped when she saw Hayden standing behind the back row.
"I didn't think you were gonna come..." she breathed quietly.
"You really think I'd let you get married without me being here?" he smiled in return.
She threw her arms around him and held him tightly. "I'll see you at the reception."
