Passion Of The Christ Controversy
Tickets for Passion Of The Christ are selling faster than I ever imagined. Its only two days until it makes its wide release. Whether you are religious or not I see no reason why not to check this film out. It is a merely a film on how it all went down in the last 12 hours of Jesus Christ's life or so the bible says.

Everyone has got to remember that this is Mel Gibson's vision and also none of it is personal. If you try to deny the truth by avoiding the film then you are only hurting yourself and no one else.

Part of why I say it is Mel's vision is because its how he thought the locations look, how the people looked, how the confrontations happened etc. He not only directed Passion Of The Christ, but also alongside Benedict Fitzgerald, he wrote it. It can be somewhat how its written in the bible, but the bible has been changed so much, so they say, that it is ridiculous to believe everything in the bible is true. Only partial is true and we will never know what exactly is true from the bible.

With the Jewish religion being upset, i can understand them being sensative cause they've been more hated than anyone else in all history, and if they have to deal with Jews turning on Jesus too it's just tough to handle. This is somewhat how the story was written, although its not as original as it was some 2004 years ago, it is said to be pretty accurate. Mel Gibson isn't anti semitic despite what they say.

Well, thats what makes the world interesting, we all have our own beliefs and disbeliefs, but religion, although it is something strong in the world, shouldn't bring hatred to one another. Apparently plenty of Jews are mad and are avoiding it. Most of the truth is right in the movie, but they are scared to witness it and think something like the holocaust will return. Nonsense.

Also, I find it very interesting that when Jesus Christ is being nailed onto the cross, it is Mel Gibson's hand he drives the nail through Jesus Christ hand. Who better than the director himself, he should get credit for the most tragic scene of the film.

Mel Gibson is a great director and he has quite a handful of testes to show what he believes in, unlike other people. Whether religious or not, people need to understand that its a film and it is the vision of how Mel thinks it happened. I don't see not one reason why someone would not want to see the man who has made the place we live in, the air with breathe and the food we eat. If anything, Passion Of The Christ will bring this world closer together.
