One of the biggest problems I have with Jackie's appearance in the US is the way his films are dubbed, rescored and edited for American audiences. To help you understand why I have these views about Jackie's US Films compared with his HK released films, I have created a list of the top ten films in terms of the way they were released in the US, and a list of top ten films period.

Top Ten Jackie Movies in the USA
1. Rumble in the Bronx
2. Supercop
3. Operation Condor
4. Legend of Drunken Master
5. Mr. Nice Guy
6. Twin Dragons
7. First Strike
8. Who Am I?
9. Project A
10. Armour of God

I picked Rumble for number one just because it was made with US audiences in mind. It was the film that introduced America to the REAL Jackie Chan, and not the fake one they had seen in such duds as The Protector and The Big Brawl. First Strike is a great film, but it was edited beyond belief when it reached US shores... The last three films on the list are actually what I consider to be three of his best, but unfortunately they were released only on video here, and didn't recieve the recognition they probably deserved...
