If the status indicator says I am online, you can send me an instant email. It really will reach me right away. I tested it. If I am offline, the message will reach me the next time I open up ICQ.

One thing about chat: It's no fun if you are the only one there. That's like one hand clapping. So my humble suggestion is that you pre-arrange a chat by letting people know ahead of time that you plan on being there. You are welcome to use the Message Board here for that purpose. Warning: This website cannot control who is in the chat room when the webmaster is not online. PARENTS: EXERCISE GREAT CAUTION !!!
