These are detailed replicated drawings of the original plans for the 1960 MGM film version of... The Time Machine. Although there are other wonderful and more technical blueprints for this marvelous machine out there, what makes these plans so unique is that they are duplicated from the original drawings that were used to build the actual full–size prop for the movie. Each drawing, showing a different view of the machine, has been meticulously remastered and carefully laid out on a beautiful sheet of antique parchment - just as George the Timetraveler might have had. Each drawing is in full view with sharp detail printed on a 24" x 36" sheet of parchment and is suitable for framing. The sheet will be sent rolled, not folded. |

George Pal's little gem...The Time Machine! Rendered here entirely in sparkling polished brass, completely hand-made. Beautifully detailed, it comes with it's own hand-made wooden display base and bell jar. The familiar dish 'fleur-de-lis' design is laminated to the lower portion of the base. The tiny brass Machine sits atop the upper portion of the base, which is covered with an old fashioned burgundy-colored flocking. All this sits delicately protected under the glass bell jar. The entire display measures about 5 inches high. The widest part of the wooden base is 3 and half inches wide. The brass Machine measures 4 and a half centimeters long (almost 2 inches), 5 centimeters high (2 inches), and the dish is 3 and a half centimeters from edge to edge (almost an inch and a half). If you are a Time Machine fan/collector, this little brass Machine will certainly be the gem of your collection.
