Quincey is the first to mount his horse, though mortally wounded, and chases his quarry toward the castle. Dr. Seward and Jonathan follow him, with Van Helsing and Mina in pursuit too. At the castle entrance, the gypsy driver tries to close the gate to keep anyone else from entering. But Quincey manages to kick him aside and reaches the wagon carrying Dracula. But Quincey is too weak to act and falls to the ground. Harker and Dr. Seward arrive next. Seward looks after Quincey and Harker tells Van Helsing and Mina to hurry. The sun is about to go down and Dracula will have his full power again. But Van Helsing is able to take a stake and plunge it into Dracula's heart! A large cloud of smoke eminates from Dracula's tomb and a mighty wind blows! Dracula has turned to dust. The vampire bites on Mina's neck vanish and she is free from Dracula's power! Unfortunately, Quincey has died.
WIth Dracula now destroyed, Dr. Van Helsing, Dr. Seward, Jonathan and Mina Harker stand around Quincey's grave as Van Helsing says a prayer and bides farewell to their fallen comrade. Dracula will not terrorize them anymore. THE END.
