KING KONG VS. FRANKENSTEIN (late 50s/early 60s)

Dream project by Willis O’Brien to pit his Kong against a giant Frankenstein Monster, all in stop-motion. However, after failing to sell the project in Hollywood, producer John Beck sold the script to Toho, where they replaced the Frankenstein Monster with their own Godzilla, and replaced the stop-motion with suitmation.
