History of FL-51

The Florida-51st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Group was established at Fort Walton Beach High School in the fall of 1970 by agreement between the Okaloosa County School District and the United States Air Force. The Aerospace Science Instructors are made up of one retired U.S. Air Force Officer and two assistant Aeorspace Science Intructors who are retired U.S. Air Force Non-Commissioned Officers. These insrtuctors have extensive military training and experience in teaching and training others. They are ready to assist you and advise you in anyway they can.
