Week Of Tabernacles
Week Of Tabernacles: The 15th thru the 21st days of the seventh month (Ethanim) prefigures the 15th thru 21st years of the Seventh Millennium (Leviticus 23:33-43; Deuteronomy 16:13-15,16; 31:10-13).
The Consecration Of The Lost: Note that only the first day of the Week of Tabernacles is to be kept Holy. That is, the first day celebrates the Seventh Day of Creation Week as all humanity have much to be thankful for regarding that occasion. However, since the Week of Tabernacles prefigures the consecration of the Lost, there certainly is nothing for the Lost to celebrate on the Seventh Day as the Seventh Millennium evolves. For the Lost the great day of the LORD'S wrath will be no picnic (Zephaniah 1:1-18; Amos 5:18; Joel 1:15; 2:1-11). Remember, the punishment of the Lost extends 500 years into the Eighth Millennium.
Salvation Is Closed: The Week Of Tabernacles prefigures the seven years after Salvation has been closed and the Lost are cut-off from the true Messiah (Daniel 9:26). Now, life for them becomes totally hopeless and filled with utter despair and troubles.
The Vail Will Be Lifted: Yes, the eyes of the Lost, the wicked, will suddenly be opened (Isaiah 25:7-8; 44:18; Revelation 10:7).
The Week Of Tabernacles Prefigures The Seventh Thunder, Also Called The Seven Last Plagues: The Seven Plagues involve the culmination of the Severe Tribulations which will have doubled, double again, and double still again as the plagues are added (Revelation 15:1 thru 16:21; Leviticus 26:27-33; Micah 5:15; etc.). And before it's over everyone will obey GOD whether they want to or not as those who fail to do so will experience still more tribulations (Zechariah 14:15-19).
The Lost Dwell In Temporary Shelters: Yes, throughout the Seven Plagues the Lost will dwell in booths, temporary shelters, whether they like it or not (Leviticus 23:40-43; Nehemiah 8:14-18). They, of course, will become the homeless and displaced of this world.
