The Southland

THE OVERALL PICTURE

          The Left and Right:  GOD has both a left and right (I Kings 22:19-23) and this whole world has evolved under the left especially from the days of Solomon unto the present.   That left, of course, has evolved with both a left and a false right within itself.   Whereas, the true right (Psalm 110:1-7) has not yet materialized in a visible sense.   However, during the reign of the Seventh Kingdom, a great division has been foretold as described by Zechariah 14:4-8 et al.

          The About Face:  GOD'S revelations via Moses reiterated GOD'S admonition to obey or else.   That is, despite GOD'S requirement to obey in righteousness, it was pointed out that people would not obey.   Therefore, GOD promised to hide His face and to turn His back on disobedient humanity (Deuteronomy 31:16-21,28-29; 32:16-21; Jeremiah 18:17).

          And, since GOD symbolically dwells in the West and faces East, GOD'S left is theoretically aligned with the North while His right is aligned with the South.   However, when GOD turned His back, the North or left assumed the position and role of the South.   This occurred when David died and Solomon was made King.   Solomon then built his Temple facing West.   And when GOD'S Holy Ark was placed in the Holy of Holies it was oriented facing West so the Cherubim were reversed and the North had assumed the position of the South.   "The North and the South thou hast created them..." (Psalm 89:12).

          The next step was to establish the descendants of the cursed Canaan, the false righteous, as world rulers under the prince of this world.   They, as world rulers, of course, were to be served by the four great beasts, etc.   Subsequently, nations and their citizenry have been robbed blind while the media remained controlled and remained silent while authorities protected evildoers (Isaiah 10:13-14; 31:2; etc.).   Even myriad false prophets and phony laws were set forth to mislead the disobedient (Ezekiel 14:9; 14:3-11; 20:24-26) and people were given strong delusions and stumbling blocks (Isaiah 66:4; Jeremiah 6:21; II Thessalonians 2:11).   Thus, the whole world became "the land of the North" from which the second great 40 year Exodus now reestablishes "the Southland" (Jeremiah 16:14-15; 23:7-8; 29:10-14; Deuteronomy 30:1-3; Isaiah 56:1-8).

          During this entire interval from Solomon unto these End Times while GOD'S back was figuratively turned to humanity, people dwelt without the Glory of GOD.   Initially, under Solomon GOD'S Holy Ark was removed from the Tent of the Tabernacle which resided among the people and placed in the inner recesses of the Solomonic Temple and 397 years later Jeremiah hid it where it has remained hidden ever since (Jeremiah 43:8-10).   So, ever since Solomon ascended to David's throne unto these End Times humanity has progressed without the Glory of GOD in their midst.

          The Four Powers:  Even high school kids realize that the four great world powers are:  Social Power, Religious Power, Spirit Power which has dominion, and Political-economic Power.   And, while humanity evolved under the left hand of GOD, these powers were termed "beasts" (destroyers) before the throne of GOD (Daniel 7:3-7; Revelation chapters 4 & 5).   However, in these latter days four "carpenters" (builders) (Zechariah 1:18-21) emerge to displace the beasts as they, the powers as carpenters, commence serving the right.

          The Land Of The North:

          "And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations (goyim translated peoples, nations, heathen, gentiles) shall serve the King of Babylon seventy years (a lifetime:  Psalm 90:10)."

          "Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of His hands (GOD has both a right and left, the South and North:  Psalm 89:12; I Kings 22:19-23; etc.), He shall destroy them, and not build them up."

          "Then He (GOD) said unto me (Ezekiel who prefigures the Human Shepherd), Hast thou seen this, O son of man?   Is it a light thing to the house of Judah (the Sixth Kingdom) that they (the Sixth and now the Seventh Kingdom of this world) commit the abominations which they commit here?   for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke Me to anger:  and, lo, they put the branch (the thumb) to their nose.

          "Therefore will I also deal in fury:  mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity:  and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them."

          Yes, actions of disobedient People impact their off-spring for 3 or 4 generations (i.e. about 100 years) (Exodus 20:5).   And disobedient People have been promised all sorts of afflictions, curses, and tribulations; again, due to disobedience (Deuteronomy 28:15-68; Leviticus 26:14-33; Revelation 6:1 thru 16:21; etc.).

          Thus, because of disobedience, mankind had been cast out of the Southland and into the land of the North, Magog, under the spirit dominion of Satan, Gog, at the left hand of GOD (Deuteronomy 29:28; 31:16-21; 32:16-21; etc.).

          And directly beneath Satan, "the ancient nation" of Canaanites, the children of the cursed Cain via Canaan, were set up to reign over this unrighteous world.   Yes, the Canaanites were established on David's throne (Jeremiah 22:2), the throne over the Sixth Kingdom, "Judah" (II Kings 17:18-23; Psalm 60:7; 78:68; 108:8; I Chronicles 5:1-2; Genesis 49:1,10; etc.).

          That is, the children of Solomon, the seed of David, are the legal sons and heirs of Uriah the Hittite, true husband of Bathsheba, David's concubine.   And the Hittites are descended from the cursed Canaan via Heth.   Note:  the terms Canaanite and harlot had become one due to sin.

          To verify matters simply apply GOD'S marriage laws to events and this aspect of the Biblical picture should come into sharp focus (Ruth 4:10; Genesis 38:8-9; II Samuel 11:1 thru 12:25).   Note:  Judah had no legitimate descendants (Malachi 2:11-12) as Judah had married a Canaanite symbolizing a harlot (Ezekiel chs. 16 and 23); and, later, Judah went into Tamar his daughter-in-law to beget the twins Pharez and Zerah (Genesis 38).   Remember, both Abraham and Isaac cautioned not to marry a Canaanitish woman, meaning a harlot.   That is, don't marry a non-virgin, the wife of another (Concubines excepted)(Genesis 24:3,37; 26:34-35; 28:1,6).   And there are no prohibitions regarding race, color, age, or religion other than to obey GOD'S positive laws which if all religious groups did what they profess -- all would be of one faith.

          Thus, "the ancient nation" of Canaanites have reigned upon David's throne ever since Solomon while afflicting this world (Jeremiah 5:15-17).   They have also been that "little horn" (power) that came up amongst and displaced the three southern tribes (Benjamin, Levi, and those who called themselves "Judah") (Daniel 7:8,11,20-24; 8:9).

          In addition, GOD promised this disobedient world false prophets (Ezekiel 14:3-11; espec. 14:9) and phony laws to lead the disobedient unto their desolations (Ezekiel 20:24-26).   And, like Satan, false prophets even speak in the Scriptures, the Word of GOD.   Remember, "... if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet..." (Ezekiel 14:9).

          Indeed, when GOD turned this disobedient world over to Satan (Luke 4:5-7; Daniel 2:28,37-38; John 2:4,1,19; etc.), GOD figuratively turned His back on humanity and Satan has been doing his thing ever since (Deuteronomy 31:16-21; 32:16-21).   And GOD equiped Satan with the four great powers (Social Power, Religious Power, Spirit Power, and Political-economic Power) called beasts when serving Satan (Daniel 7:3-7; etc.).   And Satan had been given the seven spirits (Power, Riches, Wisdom, Strength, Honors, Glory, and Blessing) to give to and reward whomsoever he wished (Luke 4:5-7; Daniel 2:28,37-38; etc.).

          In addition, GOD has foretold that in these latter days there would be a famine, not of bread and water but a famine of hearing the Word (Amos 8:11).   And it all has come to pass as Belshazzar's wise men (and women) don't understand the Word of GOD, the handwriting of GOD (Daniel 5:1-31).

          Yes, Religious Power, as the second great beast serving Satan, sure keeps its mouth shut as this disobedient world does its thing including "legalizing" abominations.

          "And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine:  let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.

          "And it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD of hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you til ye die, saith the LORD GOD of hosts."

          The Heirarchies:  Now note Psalm 110:1-7 speaks of three entities:  (1) GOD Almighty, (2) the LORD at His right, and (3) a human shepherd under the LORD at GOD'S right.   The same has been true for the left:  (1) GOD Almighty reigns supreme, (2) the LORD (Satan) reigns at His left, and (3) the human rulers of the sequence of world kingdoms will have reigned on earth (Revelation 17:10-11; Luke 4:5-7; Revelation 13:7; Jeremiah 25:11).   So, which side should people follow ... the right or the left?           Rewards And Punishments:  All humans including world rulers have been admonished to obey GOD in righteousness and eventually they have been promised to reap their rewards; but, serve the left, reap the more immediate temporary rewards, and the long term consequences cannot be avoided.   Rewards (both temporary and long term), of course, include the Seven Spirits of GOD (Power, Riches, Wisdom, Strength, Honors, Glory, and Blessings) (Revelation 5:6,12; 7:12).   Rewards also include eternal life, restored health and well-being, etc. (Exodus 6:2-8; 23:25; II Kings 20:5; Jeremiah 30:17-24; 33:6; Isaiah 33:24; 35:5-6; Joel 2:25; Revelation 21:4).

          Restoration Of The Southland:

          "Depart ye, depart ye (from sin), go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing, go ye out of the midst of her (this unrighteous world); be ye clean (obedient), that bear the vessels of the LORD.

          "For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight:  for the LORD (the Glory of GOD) will go before you; and the GOD of Israel (true Israel) will be your rereward."

          Thus, the corruption, disobedience, and depravity of this world necessitates a second great 40 year Exodus, a great division of humanity (Jeremiah 16:14-15; 23:7-8).   But, again, "... ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight...."   And the gathering is in preparation for the Glorious Solemn Assembly (Zephaniah 3:18) and occurs over a 40 year period wherein the 40th year is the year of the Solemn Assembly (Micah 7:15; Leviticus 23:36,39).

          Now during this second great 40 year Exodus a whole host of events are materializing.

          The Schedule:  The Scriptures even provide a rather detailed schedule for these end times as humanity entered The LORD'S Day, a special 1,000 year-day.   Actually, the Scriptures speak of "a time and times and a half time" that refer to the three and half thousand years from the 5 BC Birth of Christ (Daniel 7:25; Revelation 12:14).   Thus, humanity entered The Third Day, which is exactly the same as The LORD'S Day, in the spring of 1996.   (The Third Day:  Hosea 6:1-3; Luke 13:32; Exodus 19:11,15-16; Matthew 20:19; The LORD'S Day:  Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11; 31:12-17; Amos 5:18; Revelation 1:10; The Last Day:  John 6:39,40,44,54; 7:37; 11:24; 12:48).

          It should be noted that this world is an everlasting world, a world without end, and GOD did not make it in vain.

          "But Israel (true Israel) shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation:  ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

          "For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; GOD Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited:  I am the LORD; and there is none else."

          Therefore, references to "the End Times" refer to the end of an era, the end of the reign of the North and the beginning of the Southland, the righteous Kingdom of GOD (Matthew 6:10; Daniel 7:13-14,22,27; Revelation chapters 21 and 22).

          And all humanity have been cautioned to know when the true Messiah is to arrive.   Those who don't know risk following the false Messiah (Luke 19:44; Matthew 24:50-51; Daniel 9:2,25; Revelation 12:4).

          The Gathering:  As The LORD'S Day materializes an initial group enters the more righteous Congregation.   It is to be composed of: (1) a Little Flock, (2) a Great Multitude, and (3) the Gleanings.   All will be led by a Human Shepherd much like Moses and the more righteous Patriarchs.   Actually, this initial gathering is for the Solemn Assembly (Zephaniah 3:18; 3:14-20; Isaiah 4:2-6; Jeremiah 23:3-8; etc.).   This entire group is described as the separation of the Lambs prior to Passover, the Little Flock, and the 144,000 (Exodus 12:3; Luke 13:32; Revelation 7:4-8; 14:1-5).

          Then 1,000 years later, after The LORD'S Day has ended, a second group will enter the Congregation.   This second group is prefigured by the Great Multitude.   And 500 years later (1500 years after The LORD'S Day began) a third group prefigured by the Gleanings enter the Congregation.   And upon entering the Congregation each will commence to reap their rewards (Deuteronomy 28:1-14).

          The Tares:  Meanwhile, those who remain in the Eighth Kingdom, the Tares, will tithe to and serve the Congregation (Job 42:7-10, etc.).   Eventually, they will pay their "sin offerings" whether they like it or not.   Remember, many wrongdoers including thieves became very wealthy in this life.   Their children and children's children et al inherited or otherwise prospered because of their wrongdoings.   Meanwhile, their victims and victims' children suffered through life because of such wrongdoers.   So, are the wrongdoers and their children to escape without paying their "sin offerings" (Exodus 20:5)?

          Thus, the Tares indeed will pay dearly for their sins and wrongdoings (Deuteronomy 28:15-68).   For them, as described by Deuteronomy et al, life will be utter misery.   Again, those amongst the Tares who straighten out their act will have a second opportunity to enter the Congregation after the close of The LORD'S Day; and, still others will have to wait another 500 years (Daniel 7:25; Revelation 12:14).   Some elements of the Religious Beast call this 1500 year period Purgatory which sums up related Scripture quite well.   Whereas, for those who don't enter the Congregation during these three opportunities, they will continue in an everlasting Hell on earth, an eternity of servitude.

          Daniel describes this unrighteous world as a "fiery furnace" (Daniel 3:19-27).   Ancient Egypt, representing this unrighteous world, has been described as an "iron furnace" (Deuteronomy 4:20).   And, the New Testament refers to the Eighth Kingdom of the North as a "lake of fire."   Thus, disobedient People are cast into the lake of fire:  First, in the early years of The LORD'S Day (Revelation 19:20); Second, at the end of The LORD'S Day, i.e. when the 1,000 years are completed (Revelation 20:10); and, Third, after the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:14-15).

          Daniel, of course, refers to the more righteous everlasting Kingdom as having dominion (Daniel 7:14,27) and that dominion shall extend over the disobedient who will then obey or else (Zechariah 14:16-21; Deuteronomy 28:15-68).   Yes, the Tares will be enslaved to the Congregation.

          Longer Life-spans:  According to Scripture, people born prior to The Flood (i.e. prior to 1655-56 from Creation) lived lives that approached 1,000 years.   This early era appears to prefigure life-spans and events during the seventh and eighth millennia.   Those in the Edenic Valley enjoyed the Seven Spirits of GOD; whereas, those who were cast out, the children of Cain, became their servants.   So, even after The Flood, the reputation of the Edenic Valley as a fountain of youth persisted down through the millennia.
