Hello and welcome to my home page! My name is Elizabeth I am from Miami, Florida in a small city but big at the same time called Hialeah. I am 18 years old , my birthday is July 24. I am a a Graduate from the #1 High School Hialeah High School,I want to congratulate all you Hialeah High People for being in an awesome school..heheh...I love everyone part of the Hialeah High graduating class of 1998. I wish you all the best and I hope all of you suceed in life. I also want to congratualte my other friends that went to the other high schools.I was part of the Hialeah High School Thouroughbred Marching Band. One of the best bands in the county.Those memories will never beforgotten. I love all of you people that were and still are in the T-Bred marching band. You guys take a very special place in my heart and I love you all. All my friends you know I love you all and always know I am here for all of you,you know who you are. Well anyways back to me, I am freshmen at MDCC and I plan to transfer to the UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI and get my phd.I am proud to say I am part of the Ecology club @ MDCC. I am also very proud to be part of Phi Theta Kappa (Mu Epsilon Chapter)a very honorable organization.I plan to get my degree In Music Education as my high school band director did,as you can see I look up at him he his my inspiration..sounds funny but its the truth his name is Mr.Stephen K. Rivero he plays the best instrument in the world like I do which is the trombone ofcourse. I also look up to my former middle school band director Ms. Peggy Essex, she was the band director at Palm Springs Middle for a great amount of years. She is one of the main people I am thankful for, she lead me the right way musically and will always be very special to me.I have been playing the trombone for 6 years of my life. I am proud to say, and hope to continue till death seperates the trombone and I. By the way I am not a freak or some type of Mega-Nerd, music just takes a huge part of my life.
My hobbies are hanging with my friends, going to the movies, going to the beach, I love nature, I am an out door type of person, and I like many other things. I love listening to jazz I hope to play my trombone one day like Bill Waltrous or Frank Roslino in who which I admire a lot. I also enjoy listening to ska,punk,jazz,salsa,merenguez,retro,some rap,rave,underground and much more. My favorite groups are Less Than Jake, Aqua Bats, Korn, Blink 182, and definetly the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. If there's anything I love more in my life it's my trombone. It's just part of me, I can't live with out it!I am currently in Miami Dade and I am in the Jazz, Salsa and Brass Ensembles. I am getting my car in about 2 weeks so I am real excited about that.I don't know what else to say if you want to know more about me just leave me an e-mail and also don't 4 get to sign my guestbook.
I will be attending the University of Miami in 2 years. I am majoring in music education as I said before. I hope to become a high school band director.
