“But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren,
concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not,
even as others which have no hope. For if we believe
that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also
which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.”

(1 Thessalonians 4:13-14)
Rest in peace, Baby, until we meet again! I miss you and I love you always!! ~Ellie

I miss you so much, Baby. Thank you for loving me.
Our family: Heather, Tom, me, Jim, Becky, Mom and Laurie.
All of us miss you, Jim, and we all LOVED YOU so much.
Rest in peace, Baby, until we meet again. XOXO

This was Jim's favorite picture of
the two of us. We were at Sam's
house getting ready to go fishing
with Sam and Laurie. (July 8, 2022)
At Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge (June 24, 2023)
nine days after his diagnosis. Plans had been made weeks earlier,
and he wanted to go, in spite of being in so much pain. He wanted
to make more memories! He wanted to live!

With his special little buddy,
our niece Lily, at the Gatlinburg
Aquarium (November 5, 2022)
Our favorite place to go
when we could get away for
a few days was Pigeon Forge.
We had so much fun playing
mini golf. (November 5, 2022)
He taught me how to fish
(I had never fished before I met him)
and how to help him clean the fish.

He was a master upholsterer, he could
fix anything, and he loved what he did.
He was always the last one to eat at his fish fries.
(Sam was already finished by the time Jim sat down to eat.)

He loved to have fish fries
with all the fish he caught.
He caught this catfish on his little red pole on 4-pound test.
He would out-fish everyone using that little red pole!

one of the best days of his life
