Family Dinner

Our traditional family dinners have continued in September.

The first week, Becky made the most delicious meatloaf EVER! That day, Laurie brought cheesecake that was donated by Monica who doesn’t like cheesecake (I know – hard to believe).

The next week, Jim cooked pork loin chops on their charcoal grill and we made sandwiches with Hawaiian rolls. There was potato salad and chips with guacamole, and strawberries for dessert.

When it was Becky’s turn to choose the menu she wanted to make crack chicken chili! Laurie made her copycat Red Lobster biscuits to go with it. And Elizabeth was here to join us that time!

We always have a varied menu and it’s never disappointing.
