Dwight's costume: he came up with the idea himself, and his mom helped him with it.

This year the kids at Pleasant Hill school had their annual costume parade down Main Street. It seems like just about the whole town of Pleasant Hill comes out to see the kids’ Halloween parade! It’s so much fun!

Here they come! (The younger kids got to ride behind the tractor, so we didn't get to see much of their costumes.)

This cute little couple in black leather jackets look like they stepped right out of the 1950s!

A startlingly realistic T-Rex, guarded closely by a cow, a cowgirl and a fairy princess.

Here’s our sweet Lily, giving a friendly wave! She’s dressed as a Pokémon trainer named Penny.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a kid dressed as a security camera before.

Rose is also dressed as a Pokémon Trainer,
and her friend Memphis is Ice Spice.
Mr. A’s costume, a tribute to Stranger Things,
got a lot of laughs!

After parading through the nursing home, bringing joy to the residents and collecting candy, the students headed back up Main Street toward the school.

Lovely Lily again
This Oompa-Loompa
was one of my favorites!
Pleasant Hill School is #1!!
The Nest is the best!
