O Christmas Tree

Hooray!! Our glorious ‘60s-vintage silver Christmas tree is up! “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!” Counting down the days till December 25th!!!

Boyd wondered aloud, “What would happen if we did it backwards, and started out by putting the shortest branches on the bottom, and the longest ones on the top?” Maybe we’ll try that out next year.

Maybe we should try it upside down next year?	It’s always so much fun to pull the silvery branches out of their little paper sleeves!	The branches make a satisfying !fwipp! sound as they come out of their paper sleeve

It’s starting to take shape!	Sue looks so cute, sporting her reindeer antlers headgear	Lily remembers getting this cute snowman ornament last year from her beloved teacher Mrs. Janow

Yay! We’re ready … now hurry up and get here, Christmas!	All this tree-decorating, carol-singing, and merry-making can be so exhausting!!
