Robinsons in TN

Tom and Drew in Tennessee

We have arrived at our home away from home.
My copilot did an amazing job making sure I
stayed awake behind the wheel. Looking forward
to another awesome visit with family.

I absolutely love the opportunity to cook for my mom and family. I had several opportunities to practice my culinary skills while we were in Tennessee.

What’s for dinner? I made ground pork/ground beef Mini-Meatloaf Cannonballs.
Threw on some Chicken Broth mashed potatoes and a Lazy Susan veggie tray.
It truly is my honor to make a dinner for my mom and family. Tonight’s meal was
simply pork chops and Applesauce. Added some Southwest protein beans and
veggies, with my standard mashed potatoes as another side.

Made Angus beef tips with authentic Amish butter noodles, seasoned cooked baby carrots and the fav mashed potatoes (then grabbed applesauce) as sides. Such a joy to cook for my mom and family.
My “famous” Fall Off The Bone Ribs with Kings Hawaiian rolls, Chicken Broth mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. I absolutely love the opportunities to make dinner for my mom and family
Smorgasbord from grandma’s refrigerator. Meatloaf Cannonballs, pork chops, Beef Tips with Butter Noodles, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, carrots and Kings Hawaiian rolls. Doing our part to help clear out her refrigerator so nothing “goes bad”

First full day on Spring Break you know what the Florida Robinsons
do - take Grandma to Linda's Coffee Shop. Before we even sat down they
started on Drew’s order
Day 2 on the Florida Robinson Tennessee Spring Break. No better place to get
a fresh homemade sandwich, and they make a wicked delicious personal pizza.
We love the Country Cupboard and come every trip.

Day 3 for the Florida Robinson we ventured to an old favorite little
restaurant Berta’s for an enjoyable lunch. We were blessed with
Aunt Ellie able to join us today.
Wow! Aunt Becky was correct. Dominick’s is amazing! First time
among many that we will be enjoying ice cream/frozen yogurt here.
I got a large peanut butter shake. Drew chose cherry soft serve
ice cream and Linda went with the lemon soft serve ice cream.

“Coffee & Friends - The Perfect Blend”. No better friends than Family!!! Enjoying a last lunch at Linda's Coffee Shop before loading up for Florida this afternoon. We had a blast and are already looking forward to coming back “home” with Heather and Jon next time.

smile, lunch is served.
coffee and friends, the perfect blend

We absolutely love our time we have in beautiful “God’s Country” Tennessee. Such a beautiful day today to see God’s immaculate handiwork here on the Cumberland Plateau. Pictures just don’t give an accurate portrayal of our view. So thankful me and Drewbee have this time together to visit our Tennessee family. Only thing better would be having Heather and Jon with us.

Awesome view looking East at all the mountains.
Such a beautiful day with my Monkey by my side.

I LOVE this kid !!!
Me and my Monkey

Mountains as far as we can see to the West as well
Crystal clear blue skies this afternoon

We enjoyed lunch at Chuckles with this adorable young man Cayde. It was awesome to visit with Taylor and CJ and we look forward to seeing them again soon. Sadly, we missed our youngest “daughter” Cameron, “son” Brandon and “granddaughter” Hayden. Family is Family! And will FOREVER be Family!

CJ and Tay watching Cayde ham it up for Mom Mom
Too cute for words!
