Sailor Moon - Kingdom Come Part 7 - The Arrival

Rei's Temple

Tokyo, Japan

"This is really bad." Mina says as she looks out over the trees surrounding Rei's temple and watches as the enormous cloud slowly grows so that it covers the city.

"And it's going to get worse." Artemis says as he sits down next to Mina's foot. "Beryl is looking for a fight alright, and she's definatly shown us where to get it."

"The center of the energy mass appears to be in the very heart of the city." Ami says as she fiddles around with her computer. "It also looks like there has been a centralized blast just below the opening in the energy mass."

"I just wish we knew exactly what Beryl is going after." Mako says as she rests on the ground.

"She's most likely planning to create some kind of anchor here on Earth so that she can freely send her minions to destroy the city." Luna says as she paces back and forth while watching the cloud. "That blast was most likely an attempt to weaken the energy field that is between our world and hers. If she breaks it she will have full use of her powers here on Earth." Luna says as another bright flash comes from the center of the city.

"I got Rei." Usagi says as she walks out of the temple with Rei in tow. "Where's Dijin?" Usagi asks as she looks about expecting Dijin to be there.

"We ran into Dijin when we got here, but he said he had something more important to do then he ran off." Mina says as she picks up Artemis. "He most likely ran off to where Beryl is right now."

"Come on girls you've got to transform now, the fate of the city rests in your hands." Luna says seriously as she walks over next Usagi.

"Alright! Moon Crystal Power!"

"Mars Power!"

"Beryl's going down! Jupiter Power!!"

"Mercury Power!"

"Venus Power!"

"Let's go show Queen Beryl that she can't just enter someone elses dimension uninvited!" Sailor Moon shouts as she raises her fist in the air.

"Right!" Mars, Venus, Mercury, and Jupiter say in unison as the five girls go running off to the center of Tokyo.

The heart of Tokyo

Tokyo, Japan

"Beryl!" Sailor Nomad shouts as he walks down the sidewalk of a now empty shopping district. "Beryl!!" He shouts again as another beam of light emits from the cloud above him. He stops realizing how pointless it is to just keep shouting her name. "This is getting me nowhere." He says as he quickly forms a sandboard and jumps on. "I've gotta take this to the source." He says as he flies off to the heart of the cloud.

Deep with in the very heart of the cloud Phoenix is busy examining his troops. Fernix, Scorpious, Hydrus, and Lyra are all lined up awaiting orders from Phoenix who is now slowly pacing back and forth in front of them. Phoenix stops pacing when Ara, and Horologium arrive, and take his side.

"I assume the portal is fully ready, Horologium?" Phoenix asks as he embraces Ara and looks at Horologium and patiently awaits a response.

"The portal is ready." Horologium says as he lifts his head up high as he approaches Phoenix. "But I have some bad news to report, the young prince has breached the outer edge of the cloud along with another person who is as of yet unidentified."

"What is the second one coming in on? None of the other scouts have the ability to fly?" Phoenix asks sharply as he pushes Ara away and walks over so that he is directly in front of Horologium.

"He is on what appears to be a hoverboard of some sort." Horologium says as he casually crosses his arms. "Mechanical in nature of course."

"Well go take care of him Horologium, we can't allow anyone to interfer with our plans." Phoenix says as he turns away from Horologium. "You are dismissed." He says as he motions behind him to Horologium with his hand.

"But what about the young prince Dijin?" Ara asks Phoenix as she walks back over to his side. "He can not be harmed for those are Queen Beryl's orders."

"I will deal with him personally." Phoenix says softly but with a hint of a harsh tone in his voice. "You are all to wait here until Queen Beryl gives me the order to release you onto Earth." He says as he looks at the four lesser generals sternly.

As the four lesser generals disperse and await their release onto Earth Phoenix and Ara go to have a quick discussion with Queen Beryl. They arrive in her throne room after traveling back to the Neoverse they arrive in front of Queen Beryl's throne.

"Ah Phoenix, Ara, I hope that you have come to bring me news on the portal." Beryl says as she stands up from her throne to greet Phoenix, and Ara.

"The portal is ready, and awaiting your arrival my queen." Phoenix says as he and Ara bow before Queen beryl. "Also your son, Prince Dijin, has been sighted near the outer rim of the cloud, along with another unidentified intruder. I have sent Horologium to take care of the our mystery assailant."

"Good, I do not even want a hint of failure." Beryl says in a very serious tone as she walks past Ara and Phoenix. "As for my son." She says as she glances back at Phoenix.

"I had hoped I could be the one to confront him first my queen." Phoenix says as he follows Queen beryl, and Ara then follows him.

"You will do nothing of the sort!" Beryl shouts as she quickly turns around and slaps Phoenix in the face. "I will deal with my son personally. I will not allow any chance for failure! None!" She shouts as she raises her hand to Phoenix again but doesn't slap him this time. "Now take me to Earth!" She shouts as Phoenix and Ara look at each other.

"This way my queen." Phoenix says hesitantly as he motions with his hand for Queen beryl to follow. The three quickly vanish into the shadows, and arrive back where Phoenix had originally been waiting.

On the edge of the cloud

Downtown Tokyo, Japan

"This is not what I would call a big fluffy cloud." Foxx says as he cruises around the outer edge of the energy cloud. "It appears to fluctuate with energy yet it still holds the same form. Kinda like Jello." He says after a careful observation then smirks at his own comment.

As he continues to cruise about the figure of Horologium goes unnoticed by Foxx for several minutes. He stops again to examine the cloud and to hopefully find a weakness in its structure. As he's busy examining the cloud Horologium floats up behind him unnoticed.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Horologium says to Foxx as he crosses his arms and looks at the cloud lovingly. "I can assume that you are not Prince Dijin?" He says as he raises an eyebrow at Foxx.

"Do I have a trench coat, funky armor, blonde hair, and a non sunny disposition?" Foxx says harshly as he crosses his arms. "So it's kinda obvious that I'm not Dijin Natas, but if you want I can be the guy who you'll be suing once you wake up from your coma." He says quickly as he cracks his knuckles menacingly.

"Oh that's very charming. I am Horologium, one of the seven generals of the Neoverse, and the creator of this energy mass." Horologium says as he watches Foxx carefully. "I can also assume you are not the one known as Tuxedo Mask."

"Look my name is Foxx No'Kal, and as for Tuxedo Mask well I haven't seen him in awhile, no one has." Foxx says as he scratches his head at the mentioning of Tuxedo Mask.

"So you are Foxx No'Kal? Very interesting.." Horologium says slyly as he grins at Foxx and places his hand gently on his own chin. "I have heard of you, and your homeworld." He says as he gets a somber look on his face. "Truly a shame what happened there."

"I'm not here to play games Horo.. oh what ever your damn name is!" Foxx shouts as he grabs a hold of Horologium's cloak. "I want answers now. What's the cloud thing for, what's Beryl really up to, and what do I have to do with it?" He says coldly as he narrows his icy blue eyes at Horologium menacingly.

"You will receive all your answers in due time, but for now let us watch the unfolding of armageddon." Horologium says sharply then points towards the center of the energy mass. "Thy Kingdom has arrived." He says as two figure begin to float down from the energy mass.

Ground level directly below energy mass

Downtown Tokyo, Japan

As the two figures ascend to the streets the Sailor Senshi arrive on the scene just in time to witness what could be just a prelude to a much greater fight ahead. The two figures are that of Queen Beryl, and her head general, Phoenix. They hover a good hundred feet above the city streets, and appear to wait for something to happen then phoenix floats in front of Queen Beryl and speaks.

"Thy Kingdom Come, thy time is done." Phoenix says reverently as he raises his hands to the heavens. "This world is no longer fit to rule itself, and will be brought under the control of the great Queen Beryl, ruler of the Neoverse." He says as he kneels down in front of Queen Beryl.

"Thank you Phoenix, now bring me Prince Dijin." Beryl says coldly as Phoenix rises again.

"I'm right here mom!" Sailor Nomad shouts as he walks down the street toward Queen Beryl. "There's no way in hell you're going to take me or this world without a fight." He says as he stops a few feet below Queen Beryl.

"I would have suspected as much, you are my own blood." Beryl shouts as she raises her arms above her head. "If you will not go peacefully you will be forced into submission!" She shouts as a blast of energy channels through her body and slams into Sailor Nomad knocking him back a few feet. "You have been with the soft hand of good for to long my son." She says playfully as she floats down to ground level, a grin on her face. "You can not take your rightful place as Prince of the Neoverse without first being.. Initiated." She says as she fires another energy blast into Sailor Nomad knocking him into a nearby parked car.

"I hate you!" Sailor Nomad shouts as he grabs his arm in pain. "I'll always hate you no matter what you say, or do!!" He shouts as his eyes begin to tear both in anger and pain. "I hate you!!!"

"You do not hate me." Queen Beryl says bitterly as she bites her bottom lip. "You do not know hate!" She shouts as she runs forward and grabs Sailor Nomad by the neck. "I have given up everything for you, and they took you away from me and now I will have you again my son!!"

"Put him down Queen Beryl!" Sailor Moon shouts as she and the other Senshi step forward. "We ended your reign of terror once, and so help me we'll end it again." She says as Queen Beryl turns to face the Sailor Senshi.

"You can't stop me this time Sailor Brats!" Queen Beryl shouts as she hurls Sailor Nomad into the back window of the car. "You can not begin to fathom the power I hold, and once my son is at my side I will be unstoppable!"

"Well the way you've been handling your son you'll be lucky to have anything left of him to take home." Sailor Jupiter says as she narrows her eyes at Beryl.

"Phoenix, Hydrus, Fernix, Scorpious, Lyra!" Beryl shouts sternly then the five generals appear by her side. "Phoenix, I will take Prince Dijin, the rest of you take care of the Sailor Senshi once and for all." She says as she pulls Sailor Nomad's unconscious body from the car. "My job is done here, fight for the honor of the Neoverse." She says as she vanishes with Sailor Nomad leaving the five generals and the Sailor Senshi to fight for their very lives.
