Fabulous Shake Pie
1 reduced fat pie crust
1 small box sugar free instant pudding mix
2 cups skim milk
1 cup Formula 1

Mix pudding mix, milk and Formula 1 together. Pour into pie crust and chill
4 hours.
Cut pie into 8 pieces. One piece replaces a shake meal.

Any flavor pudding mix and Formula 1 will work.
Our favorite is Chocolate pudding with Chocolate Formula 1.

It's practically sinful!
