Tony Dracon


	Tony Dracon is the leader of his own mafia type gang and a constant thorn in our hero's sides. He first entered the fray when he stole a shipment of Xanatos's weapons and was accused of shooting Elisa. He was found innocent of the shooting but was arrested for the weapons. He tried to search for an old family treasure and captured both Matt and Elisa. Broadway saved them. He created a protection scam and thought Elisa , Goliath and Broadway were on his side. They were not, just undercover. His gang operates even when he is in prison, but was nearly killed by Brod. Elisa saved him that time.
