I have from Spacebabie herself is a simple receipie for making sure you start the day off right. all you need are these two appliances
  • Toaster
  • Blender
    and these ingrediants
  • 2 slices of bread
  • a serving of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of yougurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3/4 cup of fruit
  • (opptional) 1/4 cup of ice
    Put the two slices of bread in the toaster and toast. In the blender combine,yougurt,fruit,milk,and ice. Blend on high for ten seconds. when the toast pops up spread a layer of peanut butter on each slice. Pour the smoothie into a glass and eat,drink and be merry.
    That little recepie is good for people who have to rush in the morning and don't have much time to cook breakfast. Like some friends I know.
