Chicken, Butter Baked

2 1/2 to 3 lb. Chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 TBL Butter or Margarine, melted
1 t Browning Sauce


In oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish. Combine butter and browning sauce and brush half of the mixture over chicken. Cook on High, covered with wax paper, 11 to 13 minutes or until chicken is tender, half way through heating, brush remaining margarine mixture on chicken. Let stand covered, 7 minutes before serving.

NOTE: For 2 servings, follow above procedure. Half all ingredients and heat 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes.

For 1 serving, heat chicken 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes.
