I love the Great Smoky Mountains. Everywhere you go, the people are so friendly. The land is full of beauty and gives an air of serenity and holiness. The trees are tall and green; there are roaring mountain creeks, majestic waterfalls and awesome mountains. Everything is different...new...clean and fresh. You are in for a treat when you visit the Smokies.
The Lord has placed at our fingertips many wonders. Nature alone, is a blessing for us all to enjoy. I choose to capture the wonder through photography. I truly love the serenity and majestic atmosphere. It was so peaceful, we didn't want to leave our cabin to go sightseeing!
I call the Smoky Mountains my "Heaven on Earth."
Driving on the roads of Tennessee are quite "disengaging" for the roads are very narrow and steep.
Creeks run all through the mountains. The waters are clear and cold. In these scenes, kids are actually playing in the icy waters. These waters ran under a bridge.
