The Boca Raton Resort & Club, a hotel known for its "Mediterranean ambiance and intriguing antiques," is the site of the convention. The Boca Raton Resort and Club includes two 18-hole championship golf courses, 30 tennis courts, five pools, an indoor basketball court, four indoor racquetball courts, a 25-slip marina with full fishing and boating facilities, and a half mile of private beach with water sports facilities.
The Resort is close to the renowned Mizner Park shops and Boca Town Center.
The nightly convention rate for a single, double, or triple room is $140.00 (taxes and service charge are an additional 16.5%). If you want to bring your children, baby-sitting and children's programs are available through the resort. The resort has developed a comprehensive children's program customized to four distinct age groups: Boca Tots (ages 3-5), Boca Bunch (ages 6-10), Boca Sport (ages 11-13), and Boca Raton 33432 (ages 14-17). Prices range from $15-35. Please make your arrangements as soon as possible by calling the resort directly.

Please call the hotel to reserve your room before May 1, 1999. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only. The hotel has granted us the special convention rate for those who wish to come to Boca Raton from June 19 - 23, 1999. The same low rate will be available for the days before and after the convention if space is available. Early registration is recommended to get the lowest rate before and after.
One night's deposit must be made (or charged) in advance. The one night deposit is for the LAST night of the stay. Deposit is non-refundable unless the hotel is notified 24 hours in advance of arrival that you are not coming or leaving earlier than scheduled. The deposit will hold a room until 2:00 a.m. of the morning following your scheduled arrival date.
Driving, Parking & Airport Transportation Instructions
There is a valet parking service at the Boca Resort. Parking is $5.00 per day (no hourly charge). It is $10.00 for overnight. For hotel guests the rate of $10.00 a day, with no extra charge for taking the car in and out except for tips.
BY CAR:
From the North - I-95 South, to Palmetto Park Rd.
Exit (Boca Raton), turn east to US 1 (Federal Hwy.),
then South to Camino Real, then east to the Resort.
From the South - I-95 North, to Hillsboro Blvd. Exit
(Deerfield Beach), turn East to US1 (Federal Hwy.),
then North to Camino Real, then East to the Resort.
BY WATER:
Our 25-slip, full-service marina is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, near Marker 67.
BY AIR:
From the Fort Lauderdale Airport: Exit airport on I-595 then North on I-95 to Hillsboro Blvd. Exit (Deerfield Beach), turn East to US 1 (Federal Hwy.), then North to Camino Real, then East to the Resort.
From the Miami International Airport: Take the Airport Expressway (112) east approximately 4 1/2 miles to I-95 North. At Hillsboro Blvd. Exit (Deerfield Beach), turn east to US 1 (Federal Hwy.), then North to Camino Real, then east to the Resort.
From the Palm Beach International Airport: Follow airport exit to Southern Blvd. then I-95 South. Exit Palmetto Park Rd. (Boca Raton), turn East to US 1 (Federal Hwy.), then South to Camino Real, then East to the Resort.
Airport Transportation
The Boca Resort will provide transportation form Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach airports for $65.00 for a sedan which can take up to 4 people.
The Resort is situated 28 miles south of Palm Beach Airport. A taxi cost approximately $52.00. Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is approximately 24 miles south to the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Go to the public transportation area and book Airport Express, with a cost of $15.00 each way for a shared ride. A taxi is about $35.00. The Miami International Airport is 45 miles south of the hotel. Exit to the public transportation area and book Super Shuttle for $66.00 per person.
