"Moose" is one of our most spectacular pups to come onto the show scene in several years. He started his show career at 16 months old after spending his life prior to that as a working Livestock Guardian living on a farm with goats, sheep, horses, chickens, cats and his family.

In four short weekends he finished his AKC Championship with 7 Winners Dog, 5 BEST OF BREED wins over Champions, 3 Majors and a Working Group 4. The day he finished his AKC Championship he was tied for AKC's #4 Anatolian. By June 2007, Moose was AKC's #3 Anatolian all systems. And, he accomplished all this before he was two years old!! On September 21st, 2007, Moose surpassed all our dreams by taking BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW at the ASDCA National Specialty; he then went on to take a Group 1 that same day!! He finished his first year in the show ring as AKC's #2 Anatolian.

Since his first show in 2007, Moose has shown over and over that his charismatic personality, balanced structure and stable temperament are his most attractive traits ... both in the show ring and out. In 2010, Moose once again entered the history book by becoming AKC's FIRST GRAND CHAMPION ANATOLIAN!! He doesn't show much, but when he does, he makes it count!

In between shows Moose returns to his pasture to guard and protect his livestock, proving once again ... "from the pasture to the show ring ... Anatolians do it all ..."

As with all Alaturka puppies, Moose comes from quality dogs .. his Sire, CH Kandira's Encore (affectionately known as "Ernie"), is the Dec 2006 Eukanuba Nat'l Championship BEST OF BREED winner and his dam, AKC/Int'l CH Alaturka's SenRuya Eiserntor is a TOP 20 Anatolian. He has two AKC Champion littermate sisters, CH Alaturka's Havali Savasci and CH Island Farm Kolay of Alaturka. Both of his parents and several littermates are also working livestock guardians.

Daisy started her show career in April 2006. The first four shows, she took Winners Bitch four times and BEST OPPOSITE SEX once.

After several shows where she picked up 1 or 2 points, she acquired her first major 9/30/06 in Ocala, Florida, under Honorable Judge Robert Vandiver. Two shows later, she acquired her 2nd major under Honorable Judge Doris Cozart and, at 13 months old, finished her AKC Championship.

The most common comment heard when Daisy was in the ring was "what absolutely beautiful movement" ...

Daisy will take a sabattical while she grows up a little. Watch for her in 2008!!

In Nov 2005, Seven started his show career at the ASDCA National Specialty where he took 1st in the 9-12 puppy class in both the Sweepstakes and regular classes.

Dec 17&18 2005, at 11 months old, he was awarded WINNERS DOG, BEST OF WINNERS & BEST OF BREED both days.

April 23&24 2006, at 15mo, he was awarded WINNERS DOG & BEST OF WINNERS both days, and July 8, he was again awarded WINNERS DOG & BEST OF WINNERS.

July 22, 2006, at 18mo, he picked up his first major (5 points) by again taking WINNERS DOG & BEST OF WINNERS, then was awarded WINNERS DOG on July 23.

August 4&5, 2006, he was awarded BEST OF WINNERS & BEST OPPOSITE SEX both days to bring him within one major to finish his championship!!

Sept 24, 2006, Seven went up over THREE CHAMPIONS and was awarded WINNERS DOG, BEST OF WINNERS & BEST OF BREED for his second major (4 points), thus finishing his AKC CHAMPIONSHIP!! And ... this was all done with VERY limited showing (6 show weekends). CONGRATULATIONS TIFFANY & SEVEN!!

Even as a puppy, we knew Siri was meant to be a champion!! With her regal bearing and beautiful appearance, she was already a presence at 3 months old!!

At Siri's first dog show, she showed like a dream and, although, she did not take winners that day, it was clear it would not be long before it would be a common occurrence for her to win!!

Siri went to live with Tiffany Murphy when she was about 8 months old to be a companion to another Alaturka puppy, CH Alaturka's Zor Kafi. Tiffany is responsible for training Siri and showing her to her AKC Championship.

Siri's main claim to fame happened at the ASDCA National Specialty in November 2005, when Siri, shown by Amy Wendling, was awarded BEST PUPPY IN SWEEPSTAKES by Honorable Judge Alice Bixler, then was awarded BEST OF WINNERS by Honorable Judge Paula Nykial from the 12-18mo Puppy class in the regular show.

This was Siri's second 5 point major and a real compliment from these two very distinguished judges.

Sira is one of two outstanding females from the Dani/Ernie litter that finished their AKC Championships with very limited showing.

Sira was awarded her first major at 7 months of age when she defeated adult class dogs and champions by going BEST OF BREED her very first show!!

She then went on to pick up two more majors the ASDCA National Specialty weekend in Nov 2005 by being awarded WINNERS at both Saturday and Sunday supported entries.

Her next big win was when she was awarded an AWARD OF MERIT at the Jan 2006 AKC Eukanuba National Championship in Tampa, Florida .... she then went on to take BEST OPPOSITE SEX at the Dec 2006 AKC Eukanuba National Championship, making it a father/daughter win, since her gorgeous dad "Ernie" took BEST OF BREED that same show.

"Daniska" in Turkish means "the best". From the moment Dani came into my life, I knew she would be special. She has that calmness that is so ingrained in the Anatolian. Everyone who meets her falls immediately in love ... she just has that affect on people. When Dani was bred to CH Kandira's Encore (aka "Ernie") in 2004, and they produced National Specialty Winners and AKC Eukanuba National Championship winners, I knew we had created something special.

At 9mo of age, Safa took a 4pt major his first AKC dog show weekend and proceeded to follow in his big brothers' footsteps by becoming:

Safa earned his AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZENSHIP in November 2000 with just one try and NO FAULTS!!!

Safa retired in 2002 and is living with his mom, Sandie, several other Anatolians, some goats and multiple cats at home in Chiefland, Florida.

In 2005, he came out of retirement long enough to take BEST VETERAN at the ASDCA National Specialty held in Ocala, Florida. As you can see by his winning photo, he is still a very handsome guy!!

At 14 months old, Dev was awarded BEST IN SHOW at ARBA -- Making him the youngest ASD ever to go BIS at ARBA, the only ASD to do it from regular classes, and one of only three ASDs to go BIS in ARBA's history as of July 1998. Due to an accident shortly after his BIS, Dev was unable to continue his rise to fame. However, as a stud, he has sired several wonderful Champion pups ...

Dev had his 10th birthday on April 3rd, 2007 and is still going strong ... his mom, Karen Sen of Senflower Anatolians, still thinks he is the best of the best!!
