Does the government have authority under the Bill of Rights or Constitution in a national emergency to harm anyone or confiscate anything?
"Personal liberty -- or the right to enjoyment of life and liberty --is one of the fundamental or natural rights, which has been
protected by its inclusion as a guarantee in the various
constitutions, which is not derived from nor dependent on the U.S.
Constitution... It is one of the most sacred and valuable rights
[remember the words of Justice Tolman, supra.] as sacred as the

As the Supreme Court explained in Reid vs.Covert (1957), in an opinion joined by civil-libertarian icons Chief Justice Earl Warren and Associate Justices Hugo Black,William O. Douglas and William Brennan:
"No agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on
Congress, or on any other branch of government, which is free
from the restraints of the Constitution. . . .It would be manifestly
contrary to the objectives of those who created the Constitution,
as well as those who were responsible for the Bill of Rights, let
alone alien to our entire constitutional history and tradition to
construe Article VI as permitting the United States to exercise
power under an international agreement without observing
constitutional prohibitions."
Decades ago in my view from research, the CFR (Committee on Foriegn Relations) was formed to over throw America by stealth using the UN, for the benefit of the International Bankers.
Several " FACTS " stand out for those willing to see the TRUTH.
1) In the 1800s Long before 9-11, and long before the CFR in their own statements told of the future of the take over of the US for a One World Order Governed by them and controled by the International Bankers.
2) The United States has been BANKRUPT since 1993, the paper house built by Alan Greenspan was so far out of control, from the creating and spending billions for y2k and other bailouts, it was ready to bust down hard by mid 2000. Greenspan lost control in June 2001, and the markets, the derivatives and the dollar were ready to fall. As in the past, the only thing to save Greenspans follie was a war.
3) The talks between Big Oil & the Taliban for the pipe land had broken down and plans had been made to take over the country and install a new leader under the US control. Connect the dots!
With so many UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, BLOCKED INVESTIGATIONS, SO MUCH INFORMATION CLASSIFIED SECRET FROM THE PUBLIC AND SECRET MEETINGS ON THE CAUSE 9-11 AND THE FAILURE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO PROTECT PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES; makes one question the PROPAGANDA being spread by the government.
Now ask WHO benifits from 9 - 11?
BILLIONS of dollars were printed from thin air to prop up the markets and the dollar to extend the time frame for Greenspan to pull a rabbit out of a hat, before the derivatives fail.
BILLIONS to pump up the Industrial Military Complex, build up the police state (that failed to protect the people in the first place).
The Bush/Cheney Big Oil Companies got their pipe line (at the cost of American Lives).
The Insurance Companies got a FREE RIDE on the WTC.
The RED CROSS MADE MILLIONS.
The CFR got their SHADOW GOVERNMENT AND HOMELAND SECURITY IN PLACE AND OPERATIONAL.
These are just a few who got a benifit from 9-11.
They got UNCONSTITUTIONAL POWERS AND DEFACTO LAWS passed by congress (without being read mine you) to the PRESIDENT, that threaten the Constitution, the BILL OF RIGHTS and the safety of the people of the UNITED STATES.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency
Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over
the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy
sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S.
financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also
provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the
President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
