Tabitha searched through her closet for articles of clothing to take with her to L.A. She was just informed by her agent that she was chosen from the casting call to be the lead girl in a music video. The only thing is, she wasn't told whose video it was for. As she rummaged through the bottom of her closet she noticed a box labeled "Pre-school and older".
"Oh my gosh, all of my old things from pre-school!" She said as she set the box down on her bed.
Tabitha is your normal 17 year old, teenage girl. Sure, normal may not be modeling, but she has been doing that since she was a young girl. Tabitha is tall, standing at 5'9 (5'10 with her chunky platforms.) She has medium length golden brown hair, with dark brown eyes. Sadly, her father died last year from cancer. Now, it is just her mother and her 3 year old sister, Kelly. As she rummaged through the box, she came across a colorful piece of paper. As she read the contents of the paper, memories started flooding back into her head.
Happy Creek Pre-School (1987) James Town, NY
"All right children! Were going to do our first writing assignment today. After you complete this, I will put it in a safe place and then mail it to your homes later. This is to see if what you dream of, or wish for, really does come true." Mrs. Mealy, Tabitha's pre-school teacher said.
"Hi Tabitha!" Said a 7 year old Nick.
Nick Carter was about a year older then most of the children in pre-school. His mother, Jane, signed him up late.
"Hi Nick." A shy 5 year old Tabitha said.
The teacher began handing out pieces of paper and colored crayons for the children to write with.
"Ok now, I want you all to write down what your wish or dream you're the woman or man you love will look like. I know you all have imaginations, now let's get to it!"
Nick began to write on his piece of paper. As did, Tabitha. Nick being at least two years older then Tabitha had better writing and comprehension skills.
Nick's Dream girl,
My dream girl will have long brown hair and brown eyes. She will be a little shorter then me, because I am going to be tall just like Micheal Jordan. But, she can't be a shorty. I want her to be as pretty as my mommy. She will like to play basketball and video games. Also, she has to let me sing to her if I want too.
Nick folded his paper and handed it to the teacher. Tabitha watched as Nick finished his up.
Tabitha's Dream Guy,
My dream guy will be cute. He will have the blondest hair and the bluest eyes. Maybe he can look like Ken. Barbie is so lucky to have Ken. He has to be tall because I want to be a model and model's are tall. He has to be nice and funny because my daddy makes me laugh and I want him to be just like my daddy. Maybe he can sing to me too, just like daddy sings to mommy.
When she finished she folded up her paper and handed it to the teacher. The children waited a few minutes until they heard the bell. Nick walked Tabitha out to her mother, just like he had done everyday since pre-school started.
Back To The Future
Tabitha sat on her bed remembering her days at Happy Creek Pre-school and Nick the boy who used to sit next to her. Now, Nick wasn't really the Nick she had remembered. He was a Backstreet Boy. Tabitha pulled out their pre-school class picture and ran her finger's over Nick Carter's chubby face.
"When you left I was so sad. You barely said goodbye. I can't believe I haven't forgotten you."
Tabitha's thoughts were interupted by her mother calling her and telling her that it was time to head to the airport. She packed the class picture and her old letter and headed down into the living room to help her mother with their luggage.

Nick Carter, (19) and the rest of the Backstreet Boys sat around in the lobby of the Ritz Hotel in L.A. They were all sitting and relaxing before their promotional interviews and their video shoots began.
"Nick? How many models are you having for 'I Need You Tonight'?" Brian asked as he grabbed the comics out of the News Paper Kevin was reading.
"Um, I think only one! When we were in New York for the casting, I caught a quick glimpse of the girl. I think she is a few years younger then me." Nick said as he sipped his water.
"Was she hot? Or at least have a nice body?" A.J. said as he lowered his sunglasses down his nose.
"A.J., is that all you ever think about? I mean, you've got Amanda." Howie said as he slapped A.J. upside the head.
"Yeah, she was cute. Well, from what I saw, really attractive. Their was something about her, one of those faces that you never forget, ya know?"
"What do you mean?" Brian asked.
"She looked familiar. Like I've seen her somewhere before. But, I know it isn't possible because I don't remember meeting anyone that looked like the girl I saw." Nick said.

Tabitha held her younger sister Kelly in her arms while her mother went up to the front desk. Nick and the guys noticed the cute little girl in the other girls arms. Nick began making silly faces at the younger girl causing her to giggle.
"What's so funny, munchkin! Your such a silly girl." Tabitha said, obviously oblivious to the five guys behind her.
When her mother got their room key, they gathered all of their luggage and headed towards the elevator. Nick and Brian continued making silly faces at the little girl causing her to continue laughing. Tabitha just laughed at how funny her little sister was being.
"What a cute little girl. God, her face was like a cherub." Brian said as he watched the family of three go into the elevator.
"Yeah, she was adorable. It's been a while since I've seen such a cute baby like that. I mean, Aaron and Angel were cute, but she was adorable." Nick said.
The guys continued lounging in the lobby and waited for a phone call from their manager, telling them what their schedule for the day would be. Tabitha, Kelly, and their mother got settled in and unpacked. They would be their for about a week.
