"YAY!" Kelly yelled and clapped her hands from her position on Megan’s lap.
"I think Kelly wants to see it." Brian said, laughing as he watched the little girl next to him.
"Yup! I want see Nicky and Tabby! " Everyone laughed at this.
"Well, OK Kelly. We’re going to watch it now." Nick put the tape in the VCR and pressed PLAY. He sat down next to Megan on the other side and Kelly automatically crawled into his lap. Megan leaned over to him.
"I think someone likes you." He laughed at this and then, like everyone else in the room, focused his attention on the large television screen.
The first scene that came onto the screen, during the introduction music, was one of the scenes that they shot the second day. Nick and Tabitha were slow dancing in the sand, on a deserted beach with the waves crashing behind them and their hair completely windblown.
Then was the first scene they had shot the first day. The rest of the video was interspersed with parts of the song that he hadn’t sung on the first day. There were shots of him performing live, the two of them running around the beach. Nick throwing her in the ocean (second day) and many other things, along with the four main scenes.
When it was over every one turned around and either starred at Nick or Tabitha. "WHAT!?!?!?!" They both questioned at the same time.
"Nothing, nothing." Was the response they got.
"Nicky and Tabby are cutie!" Kelly said, still sitting on Nick’s lap. Both Nick and Tabitha looked at the little girl. The others just laughed.
Jane Carter, who had been watching with everyone else, completely agreed with the little girl. They did look cute together. They also worked incredibly well with each other. That was the best video that she had see Nick in.
When everyone had quieted down and Kelly had gone to play with Angel and Aaron, the big question arose.
"I’m hungry! What are we having for dinner!?!" Brian questioned.
"Leave it to a guy. They always think with one of three things, and it’s rarely their heads." Meg said as she lifted her head off of Brian’s shoulder.
"Hey, I resent that!" Brian protested.
"Well, tough, because she is absolutely right!" Jane said, laughing. Brian stuck his bottom lip out and started pouting,
"You know, Mr. Littrell, if you don’t stick that back where it belongs, a bird is going to came by and have target practice." Jess said, smiling.
The lip went back in. "There, are you happy now?"
"NO!" Megan, Jessica, Tabitha and Jane all said at the same time.
"There’s NO winning around here!"
"Yeah, I know. Women, can’t live with them, need them to cook." Nick said, trying to comfort his friend. "Ouch!" Tabitha had pinched him on the leg. "What was that for?"
"Think about it genius. Wait on second thought, don’t. You’ll hurt yourself."
"Come on girls, lets go see what the kids are doing." Jane suggested. The girls agreed and all got up, leaving the guys to wallow in their hunger.
