POEMS THAT ARE "G" RATED
DIVING
It's always been my belief
That something's waiting underneath.
That when I go diving in the sea
There's something waiting there for me
The first time I strapped on a tank.
Jumped off a boat, to the bottom sank.
I fell into it comfortably,
Though I felt something watching me.
I looked around, but, couldn't see
A creature to devour me
Yet, still the thought was in my mind
Of sharp teeth closing from behind
Now, this faer's not quite debillitating
If you want to go diving, I'll be waiting
Just as long as it's daylight, and not into caves
I want to see what awaits me underneath the waves.
MY BOYS
I have two boys
I love them so
I do my best
To help them grow
And learn to be
Successful men
So I can have some peace
In my life again
LITTLE BOY BLUE
Little boy blue,
Please don't hold your breath
You're scaring the ladies
At the next table to death
They're going to think
Something's wrong with you
If you keep holding your breath
And start turning blue.
