Tullis: I feel
that we should take $50,000 from our Council reserve which
we have money in it, and hire an outside attorney
to help us with this
tower. I think it's extremely serious.
I don't think there's any doubt in
anybody's mind of what we said and how we said it.
. . . And it's just a
bunch of baloney, folks. That is not a replacement
pole. . . . We do not
have the legal staff to help us draw a law if this
tower is allowed to stand.
