All vessels moored in the City Mooring Field MUST register with City Marina.
Any vessel using a mooring must be attached with a City Marina provided tether.

1. All vessels must register with the City Mooring Field Dockmaster.
2. All vessels must be seaworthy and display a current registration.
3. Vessel propulsion systems shall remain in operational condition.
4. No vessel over the length of 40 feet may use City Mooring Field.
5. Vessels must remain on assigned moorings.
6. No through hull flushing of vessel toilets is permitted. Vessel holding tanks will be pumped as part of the permit fee. All vessels must comply with applicable City ordinances with regard to inboard sewage device.
7. Use of detergents containing phosphates, chlorine and petroleum distillates is prohibited.
8. Pet waste is the responsibility of the vessel owner and will be properly disposed of.
9. Oil spills of any size will be reported immediately to the City Manager, the Port Operations Director, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, Div. of Law Enforcement and the US Coast Guard.
10. Noise will be held to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am.
11. Devices that burn solid fuel ( coal, wood , charcoal ) or emit an uncontrolled open flame are prohibited. Cooking stoves, portable or installed must be Underwriters Laboratories approved.
