5&6	Kick RIGHT diagonally RIGHT & step back to ball of RIGHT, tap LEFT toe
        slightly back
7&8	Kick LEFT diagonally LEFT & step back to ball of LEFT, tap RIGHT to
        slightly back

KICK/BALL/TAPS (2ND SET), HEEL/TOE SWIVEL WITH LEFT AND HEEL/TOE TAPS WITH RIGHT

9&10	Kick RIGHT diagonally RIGHT & step back to ball of RIGHT, tap LEFT toe
