Rules and Regulations
1. Attached Pinewood Derby Rules are in effect for the Grand National Lake Region Pinewood Derby.
2. All racers must be registered Cub Scouts in the Gulf Ridge Council, BSA.
3. All racers must be in uniform to compete in the Derby.
4. If a racer is not able to attend the Grand National Lake Region Pinewood Derby, his car may be entered in the Derby provided that a uniformed Cub Scout is present to race the car. Parents alone are not allowed to race their son's car.
5. Certified scales will be used to weigh- in all the cars. Cars must meet the 5 oz. weight. NO EXCEPTIONS
6. Please make sure that car meets the specifications set in the attached rules. There won't be any time to make changes at the Derby.
7. Cars will not be touched or modified after official weigh-in.
