This is a self installing file after the downloading. To start the installation find and double-click the file. Install the application's "EXE" file. The first screen of the installation contains some information on the program, Click the "Next" button. Next Click the "Finish" button and the installation will start. NOTE: If it says "The specified output folder not found. Create it?" go ahead and create it, or if it says "The following file is already installed on your system:" go ahead and over write it. This will not effect the installation in any way and will update the old files. And finally you will see a RegSvr32 box confirming the registration of an OCX file, this is the end of the installation.

And that is it. Now you need the Big AV Patch to see or change the av's in VP

Big AV Patch
This will allow you to directly select a large ( 102 X 116 ) AV's straight from the normal AV selection window as if it were a normal AV.
*Note: To install the patch you MUST have VPlaces closed OR it will not work . This one works just like the Mega Big Head but at the end it will run the patch in dos let it run. If the installation is correct you will see "Congratulations" at the conclusion of installation. Return to VP and enjoy the MegaBigHead.

Read this if you want to know how to work your new toy
To start the head you can either Right click your AV and select "Start a Game..." Or you can click the "Games" menu item and select "Start a Game..." A list of all the games or heads you have installed will now be displayed. Select the type of BigHead you want Highlight the game you want and then click the "OK" button. The next screen allows you to set the name of the game, Click OK here and the game will begin. If you are using the MegaHead you will hear some music playing, and a guy saying things like "Feel lucky tonight?" To disable the sound click on the drum. And to stop the guy talking click the microphone. Now to switch between the game and the main chat room use the tabs at the bottom of the window. Moving seem to be giving a few people some trouble. To move you must grab the game and drag that, Not Your Avatar. It takes time to get used to moving your new BigHead, but you will get it in time. Just keep trying. The first thing is that when you place the mouse over your AV your name appears in a box below your AV. Now move the mouse carefully over the top and left your large AV, you will see the box below your name change to your name plus "'s Mega BigHead". Move the mouse slowly only allowed a space of 2 pixels for grabbing the game and it is a very narrow line around the edge.

Anti-Boot Gesture this patch will protect you from some boot gestures.

Bubble Time another problem with the large gesture is the sound can get longer and get cut off because the bubble time is too short. This patch will increase the bubble time by 150% so you can hear the whole wave file.

Gesturs in IM not too sure why VP has this disabled in the Excite version, this patch allows you to once again use them. Like previous versions you will not hear or see the gesture, just see the text line. This is only useful for users of the EXCITE version of the VP software

Nanohead: Total: 5x5 AV: Totally Irrelevant Note: The Nanohead has been found to be a bit unstable, causing Illegal Operations on occasion (due to the fact that the AV positioning on it is off the board in order to supress the word bubbles). TBH apologizes for this, but the near-invisibility of nanoheads is what makes people want them.

Gigahead: Total: 132x132 AV: 127x127 Note: To view AV's 127x127 in your AV viewer, you need this autopatch program: PatchWorx2.zip.

Ultrahead: Total: 152x152 AV: 148x148 NOTE : Due to the AV file size limit regulated by the VP server(14k), if you try to load anything greater than 14k, you will get an "invalid avatar " warning when you change your AV. The largest AV that VP will allow you to view in your AV browser is 127x127(PatchWorx2) So, to use high definition AV's 128x128 and up(148x148), you will need to edit your "vplaces.ini":
Step 1: Shut VP down
Step 2: Open your vplaces.ini up in notepad
Step 3: Look for this area:

Step 4: At "Normal=", put in the path to your AV,
this will force load the large AV at startup
Step 5: Restart VP
Remember, keep your AV's under 14k,
