The story begins on a ship... an airship that is. Flying on this 'mist' powered ship is young man named Zidane, who is part of a gang sent to kidnap the young Princess Garnet of the kindom of Alexandria.
Little does Zidane know that Her Highness wants to be captured, for there is much more going on behind the walls of Alexandria than the eye can see. Little does Princess Garnet know that her meeting with Zidane is much more than a coincidence. Their journey together takes them far and wide; to the edge of the world and back again in hopes of discovering an answer to the mysteries of Alexandria, the mist, and the strange white-haired man that seems to be behind it all... |
